For anyone contemplating a visit to this restaurant in Paris, I regretfully inform you to reconsider. As someone who has traveled to many places and dined at countless establishments around the globe, never have I felt so disrespected and unwelcome.
The story unfolds with my arrival at the restaurant, where I had a prior reservation for dinner with a friend. Since I was departing for the airport after our meal, I was carrying all my luggage with me. Due to my early arrival and the weariness from the day, I decided to sit at one of their outdoor tables while I waited for them to open. The outdoor area was completely deserted at this time, and I was hardly intruding on their business operations.
However, instead of being met with understanding or even just a basic level of civility, the restaurant owner came out and addressed me in the rudest manner imaginable. His tone and demeanor suggested he perceived me as a vagrant rather than a customer who had made a reservation. There was a complete lack of respect or even simple human decency in his attitude.
In light of this experience, my friend and I decided to take our business elsewhere for the evening. I could not fathom supporting an establishment that treats its patrons in such a callous manner.
The restaurant owner's interaction with me was a clear reflection of the hospitality, or lack thereof, one can expect at this place. I wholeheartedly recommend avoiding this establishment. It's essential to support businesses that appreciate their customers and understand the value of courteous interaction. This restaurant, based on my experience, does not meet those basic standards and, as such, does not deserve patronage.
This disappointing experience has undoubtedly tainted my first visit to Paris, and it's disheartening to think that others might face similar treatment. Please, choose to spend your hard-earned money at establishments that truly value and respect their customers. read more
