I went here the day before my birthday. Even though I mentioned my birthday before I paid, they said they couldn't honor their birthday discount and made me pay full price. Then they told me they would do free fill-in the next time I came (it was a guy who said it, I think his name was Adrian). Nails with the tips were good though they took my design and enhanced it. When I went back for the fill-in, Adrian was not there and they told me that I need to pay for my nails....yet again. And they charged extra fees on top of that. It wasn't even good this time. It was good energy the first time but extremely bad energy the next time. I wouldn't go back. read more

A month ago, I brought my daughter here to get Gel-X nails. A month later, we made an appointment to have them removed. Unfortunately, the owner (or manager) treated us very rudely and made us feel like we didn't matter simply because we were only there for a removal. While customers getting new nail services were greeted warmly and treated with kindness, we were ignored and treated completely differently. It felt like we weren't valued as customers. They also wrapped my daughter's nails with acetone for the removal and left them on for far too long. Her nails started burning and hurting, and I had to go tell them before they finally came over to continue the removal. No one checked on her or asked if she was okay. Customer service should be respectful and consistent, regardless of whether someone is getting a full set or just a removal. This experience was very disappointing, and because of the way we were treated, we will not be coming back. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I came here today with my friend, not only did the start off by getting my appointment wrong I wanted gel x and they did gel builder instead. Wasting more of my time to fix what they messed up. The lady I had was so passive aggressive and not friendly. She did not like what me the customer was telling her to fix because of her sloppy work. They butchered my cuticles(left with all of them bleeding mind you) my nails came out lumpy because of the horrible paint job, and nails came out looking round instead of square. Couldn't do what I asked for, their Instagram definitely showed that they could have done what I wanted(my reference pic included in the photos). Also could not do a simple French tip, the tech started doing her own thing without checking in with me if my nails where what I wanted and would get mad at me for asking her to fix it. Also the other nail tech was extremely impatient with my friend, they couldn't do what she wanted but instead of saying they couldn't do it they just lazily attempted to do what she wanted looked absolutely absurd. She ended up also getting a lazily done French tip. Also the tech didn't even spray my hand with alcohol after, so unsanitary!!! I wish I could've gave this salon a zero star rating! Now I have to go to another salon to fix this mess! Notworth the money, not worth the rudeness, horrible nail salon! This place was HORRIBLE. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, but this place was incredibly rude and the work was subpar. First, three of us made appointments ahead of time, we were all seated at the chairs and the water was cold, but whatever. Two people got started on my friends first while I waited there for 30 MINUTES. Meanwhile walk-in clients were being taken cause they wanted to get as many people in as possible even though I was just sitting there with my feet in cold water. When someone finally got to me, she started with my pedi and barely cut any cuticles, rubbed so much lotion on me that she had to use a towel to wipe off the access, rubbed the hot stone twice and put those away quickly. It was just awful. Then she left, even though I had an appointment for a mani/pedi- where the heck was my manicure? They were all confused, like "you wanted a manicure too??" Why have an appointment system online if you're not going to refer to it? Someone came over to do a quick manicure on me cause they could tell I was upset. Time to pay and they tried to charge me for services I did NOT ask for. Then rudely pulled out a calculator to try and show me why my bill was so high. I was so over it, I paid them what they asked and will NEVER go back. My two other friends had awful experiences also, but this review is already too long and you get the gist. Save your money, go somewhere else. read more
