Battery dead this am, charged it, three dashboard indicator lights stayed on...went to LeMieux, said I had to make an appointment for next week they couldn't/wouldn't install new battery..rolled their eyes and said dashboard lights weren't from low voltage in battery, something I had suggested...went to Battery's Plus..new battery in 20 minutes, all indicator lights cleared... why would I buy another car from Le Mieux? read more

Just this past week I worked with Ole on getting out of my current lease and into a new car. While I typically dread dealerships, Ole was one of the easiest and most friendly salespeople I have ever met. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I visited Le Mieux Toyota for the first time today and was definitely pleasantly surprised. I'm new to town, and my 2003 Toyota Corolla's check engine light was on. I'd visited AutoZone for a free readout, but the loose gas cap they advised me on wasn't solving the problem. With 75,000 miles, I also decided it was time to do a transmission oil change. I arrived a little late on a rainy Friday morning, and it was no problem. Being able to pull into the headed garage for check-in immediately is definitely a plus. Also, the place is pristine (I'm guessing it's new). I had a coupon for transmission oil change for the Toyota dealership I used before my move, which they honored. They also recommended that I have my oil changed (yes, it was time), and also said it was time for my tires to be rotated and balanced (on my way home, I could definitely tell the difference). I waited in the showroom/ lounge (again, pristine). They checked in with me and told me the problem was with the alternator which is still covered under warranty, but would have to be ordered. They also let me know it was time to change my brake pads, though I opted to hold off on this one. I was there for about 2 hours and upon checking out, they threw in the oil change for free because of the long wait. The end price ended up being half of what I was expecting! All-in-all, I was very pleased with the service. read more

Was shopping for a new vehicle last week and test drove some Toyotas. What I liked about Le Mieuex was that I wasn't surrounded by sales people The second I drove on the lot. When I decided to test drive a couple different vehicles the salesman showed me the different features and then let us take the vehicle out without him, I hate it when the sales person comes with you and jabbers about the vehicle while you're driving. When I got back he had the next vehicle ready to drive. I also like the fact that while I had my husband with me, our salesman talked to me and asked me what features I wanted. I have previously purchased from Le Mieux and found they have outstanding service. I also appreciate that I didn't get a bunch of pushy phone calls the next day, I hate that! The salesman gave me his card and I told him I would call if I had any questions and he was respectful of that. read more

Toyota took money from me for a car that was paid off over a month ago and is not even in my possession. I am freaking pissed. Over a month ago I bought a different vehicle from a different dealer. That dealer PAID off my lease. I went to give my Corolla back to Le Mieux the exact same day. I signed one piece of paper and my deal was concluded. I thought that was a bit weird and I was assured that was the process. The next month I get charged for my lease payment on my Corolla. I don't even own this thing anymore. My account shows I owe NOTHING. So I called Financial Services and no one can give me a straight answer. What I could understand was Le Mieux didn't give me the correct paperwork and my car isn't grounded yet. I talked to about 3 people before I was told I was going to get compensated for my $300. However, that is after the CORRECT paperwork is signed and Toyota can then officially close my account and send me a check. 2 weeks ago I drove to Le Mieux and signed the paperwork. I was assured my account was going to be closed and I would be issued a reimbursement check. What is seriously taking so long. My account is still active! The worst part is I haven't had the car in my possession for over a month now! And I was also billed after the car was paid off. I am OUT and LOSING money because of an error on your part. This is ridiculous. The one "in person" man I had talked to when I signed the correct paperwork told me verbatim, "I don't know what to tell you." How about you give me my money back that Toyota stole from me. read more

DO NOT EVER USE THIS BODY SHOP! (If I could give them "0" stars I would have) I brought my vehicle in for repairs after having been in an accident, everything was fine and I left thinking that my car was again back in good working condition. Boy was I wrong! Several months later, after having moved cross country, I took my car in because the bumper was starting to pop off and find out none of the structural damage to my car was repaired, merely covered by new parts! The shop denied, denied, denied any wrong doing on their part and gave me the run around for over a month before telling me they weren't going to stand behind their work. Which might I add they claimed they would! Seriously do not trust these guys, they will NOT repair your vehicle properly and in the end it will wind up costing you time and money! I can't believe the poor service I was given by Don and the shop manager, Brandon. You're better off taking your car to an independent service center than this place! DO NOT TRUST THEM! read more

Go anywhere else to purchase or lease a vehicle. If you're sold on the Toyota brand, research and find another dealer, a regional broker, or even a national broker. LeMieux pads (and lies about) their MF (APR), overprices their inventory, won't apply most of the incentives and rebates that you can get, and will hide incorrect calculations in the deal they give you. Google Leasehackr and enlighten yourself about how much these guys are doing their best to screw you over. You could save hundreds per month on payment, thousands overall, and the discount on sticker isn't anywhere near what the other guys can do. read more

I've lived in several diffrent states and have always used Toyota dealers for my vehicals and this one is the worst experiance to date. I requested one of their service packages (95K or 100k) which includes checking brakes. I also asked them to check out a noise which I wasn't sure if it was caused by the brakes or not. The guy tells me its $19.99 to check brakes or $51.50 to check a noise!!! Are you fricken kidding me??? Charge me extra to do something included in package (check brakes) or to even check a noise??? How are you gonna charge to check a noise?? The guys like well I've been here for 25 years and its always been that way. Clearly they've ALWAYS been trying to rip people off. No other Toyota dealer I've been to have ever treated me so poorly, either customer service wise or overcharging. read more

I was in Green Bay for three days in November before driving from Wisconsin to NYC and needed to service my 2015 Toyota Corolla. I stopped in at this Toyota dealership mid-afternoon without an appointment for a service check on a Tuesday afternoon, and they went out of their way to move around their schedule so that they could fit me in -- and actually serviced my car even faster than they said they'd be able to. The waiting lounge is clean, has free WiFi, and some comfortable seating (though it wasn't quite as high-end as some other Toyota dealerships' waiting areas). Le Mieux has been my 'go to' Toyota dealer for a long time! Way before the 'New Building' was around....so its been a LONG time. I recently had some challenges with my Toyota Rav4 and they were the first dealership to take on the challenge. It was fixed in a couple of days....it entailed some serious rear differential issues or some sort of thing. (Its an older RAV 4 with more than 150,000 trouble free miles!) They kept me in the loop continually, calling and letting me know what they found, the timeline for getting it repaired, and any costs associated with the repair, as well as keeping me apprised of any warranties that Toyota would cover. Le Mieux clearly cares about their customers. They will be my 'go to' dealership as long as I can drive! AWESOME STAFF, SERVICE, and CUSTOMER CARE. read more

Worst experience ever dealing with a auto repair. They made nothing but excuses the whole time. I had to constantly call to check on status of repairs as they never followed up with me when they said they would. No vehicle to use while they were working on mine so I had to get a rental for almost 3 weeks. The 1st they didn't do anything at all. Second time I have had a terrible experience with them. If you are looking for excuses and want to pay for a rental for at least twice as long as what it should take, this is the place for you. read more

I walked into the dealership ,and it took 20 minutes for some one to even acknowledge I was there. I was looking at a 4runner to purchase. The offer on my trade was insulting and the discount on the 4runner was horrible. I got a quote from Heiser Toyota in Milwaukee they were 3 grand higher on my trade and 2 grand lower on the 4 runner then Le Mieux's price. I brought it in to show my sales person and he said great go buy it there. They didn't even care or try to match it. There customer service is horrible and I felt like they didn't care at all. I would not recommend purchasing from LeMieux! I purchased a certified Rav 4. When buying a certified vehicle you pay additional money for a reason. I specifically asked the saleman if the air condisioning is not working properly next summer will that be covered. I was assured it would be. This was in the winter months. Summer arrived & it was not blowing cold air. At the appointment I was charged. Jesse in service told me they would cover it if I had purchased the vehicle within the last month. I received a call as a follow up after the appointment & was asked how the service was and I responded it was unsatisfactory. I was told to call "Don" which I did. I test drove a vehicle with LeMieux on a Monday. Jordan gave me his cell phone number to call him if we decided to take the car. On Saturday morning I called him and found out the car was still available. "I'm standing right next to it" Jordan tells me. I let him know we have about an hour drive, and that we wanted the car. When we got there (not even an hour later) another couple was test driving the car. We stood there watching as the couple got out of the car and went and signed paperwork for it. Jordan let me know that he could not hold it and the other couple got there before us. Even though I had talked to him less than one hour before this and told him we were coming to get the car. We have been loyal customers of #LeMieux in the past but now will never step foot in there again. I really wish I could give them a 0 star for customer service. Jordan treated us very unfair and was not honest. We will most likely always be a Toyota fan but, will never go there again. read more

Great car buying experience. I drove my mother the three hour drive from her home to the dealership on the referral of two people from the same town she lives in. I appreciated the sales staff allowing us the time to look at the cars on the lot before approaching us as I do not like being hounded. We actually had to find a salesperson. The lack of customer service makes me dread taking my car here for service. If it wasn't included in the purchase of my car, I would not be here. I even contacted the manager on how I was treated last time and never received a call back. Oil changes take at least an hour and they will only put one name in their computer so when my car is ready they come out and call my husbands name. I have bought several cars from this dealer and yet they cannot figure out who I am. Why should I be loyal to them? Some dealerships wash the car, have it ready for you to drive out. Here, you have to go out and find your car in their back parking lot on your own. read more
