Absolutely awful experience from day one. I posted both of my vehicles on Craigslist with the aim…read moreto downsize to one vehicle. If my truck sold, I'd keep the car, if my car sold, I'd keep the truck. Simple. I was called almost immediately about having them sell both vehicles for me on their lot through a consignment arrangement. I immediately told them I wasn't interested. The calls continued for days, weeks, on end. Finally I decided to do a google search and a little homework after receiving nothing but hilarious offers for my vehicles on Craigslist and agreed to let them take my truck to try to sell. I was told that someone would pick up the vehicle with a flat bed and drive it to their location 60 miles from where I lived. Three people in a beat up sedan arrive and tell me they were here to pick up both vehicles. After explaining to them I was only selling my truck, they whined a little but ultimately went on their way, taking my truck with them. Despite tons of promises that "your type of vehicle sells very fast", more than a month goes by and nothing changes. Then I get a phone call out of no where telling me they are shutting down for a month (new owner or some nonsense) and I have 72 hours to retrieve my vehicle. Thanks for the notice! I had to take a day off work to drive out and arrange for family to come help me move both of my vehicles, an entire day shot. Not only that, they gave it back to me with less than a gallon of gas in it (it went there nearly full) and supposedly no one test drove it. It has nearly a thousand more miles on it than it had when I let them take it with them. With all of these stories about people NOT being paid after their vehicle sold, I am thankful (but also angry) that I had to rush out there to pick up my ride rather than let these clowns sell it for me. Be VERY aware of these people and their so called consignment agreement, they made a big deal about how everything is fully insured, etc, but I highly doubt any of that was true. Criminals and crooks, I wouldn't be surprised if the owner change is because the bank foreclosed on their so called business.

On May 10th I decided to stop into the dealership in Kaukauna and check out their inventory. I'm…read moreseriously searching for a newer and reliable vehicle for myself considering I'm fresh out of college with a good paying job that I have to commute to. I went to the dealership just starting my search for a perfect vehicle that would work for me and I'm open to exploring all different types of vehicles to find the one that would work best for me. First of all... my first impressions on the employees were very poor. I was with a buddy of mine and we were totally ignored. When we finally got attention from one of the employees, I was looking at two vehicles. I do not buy a vehicle without the opportunity to test drive it... as should everyone else. I was dissappointed when they did not allow me to test drive the first vehicle that really caught my eye. Knowing that the vehicle was well within my price range and something I could totally see fitting me, that was a major loss on their part. The second vehicle that I found was was out of my price range and more expensive than the first. But I ended up still being able to take that for a test drive. My buddy and I were gone for 10-15 minutes on the test drive, overall it went alright I found a few things I didn't like about it and I lost interest. When I went back in the store to return the keys they asked me how it went and I gave them my opinion. At this point one of the people I was talking too was apperantly the manager. This man is a large, and has a black chin strap for facial hair. Immediately after explaining my test drive he pressured me to put money down on a vehicle that I didn't even want. I told him I was going to explore other options and I would get back to him if I change my mind. He didn't take that very lightly and proceeded to say that I was a waist of his time. I'm no salesman but I don't think saying that a potential customer is a waist of your time, is a good selling strategy. I was extremely offended at this point and turned around and walked out. I will never step foot on this car lot ever again. And I highly advise anyone looking for a vehicle to not waist your time there either.

I would NOT recommend this shop…read more Originally I found an ad on craigslist that was selling a transmission I needed for my SUV. Its a big task to put in and I was willing to do the work, however the sated it was a shop that would install for a price that seemed to good to be true. Why not save the hassle for that price? It was horrible what happened. Guy on the phone said he would warranty rebuilding the one I had for 3 years. I dropped off the SUV on a Monday night. The guy Justen says it will be done Friday. Thursdays rolls around and I got a text from him saying it will be done on Friday. So I took off work early, go home arrange my ride over, and call to verify its done. Oops, the Transmission lines need to be replaces. Wont be done on time. As if he didn't think it was maybe a good idea to tell me... Tuesday comes around and they're finally in, and oh that its an extra $200 for parts and labor. What, I thought this was included in the rebuild? "Nope, $70 a line plus my I only charged $60 for labor, thats dirt cheap." Okay, the labor was fair, but four lines online are only $80. I price checked at Advanced and it was only $30 for the lines, not $70. Simply told him to have the original receipt for me. When I get there right away he hands me a receipt also from "advanced" on printer paper totaling $126. So I told the guy I went there and they only wanted $30 a line and I wasn't going to get over charged. This guy then turned into a super a-hole. Calling me every name in the book, and if I didn't pay him he was going make sure I never got my car back. THE BEST PART. He writes the "warranty" on another piece of printer paper BY HAND, and it wasn't for the 3 years like we agreed on the phone, it was just 2 years with every loop hole in the book to get out of doing it. By that point as soon as he handed me the paper I left, and hope I never have to get that warrantied. Please go to another shop. You'll pay the same amount in the end with less headaches.

I brought my wife's relatively new Hyundai Palisade to Dan, with a moderate dent on the side panel. I believe I paid out of pocket for that and Dan was very reasonable compared to other shops that I had received quotes from and I was more than satisfied with the end product. Recently, I had the misfortune of damaging the rear body quarter panel on a brand new 2021 Chevy Silverado. Initially my insurance company wanted to just mud it and paint over it and Dan fought on my behalf and told them that it is a brand new truck and that would just flat out look crappy. The insurance company changed their mind and Dan ended up doing the work and I picked the truck up today and it still looks brand new! So here is the last thing I will say to show you all what sets Dan and Gracy's auto body apart from everyone else. In the week that it took for Dan to order the new part for my truck, I scraped against something else causing what looked like significant damage to the other side of the truck. I brought the truck right away to show Dan and he said that he didn't think it was dented and he felt he could buff out all the rest. He did this for me and didn't charge me an extra penny! That is who Dan is and that is what sets Gracy's auto body apart from the competition! Thanks again Dan! II appreciate you!!
