I am a pretty picky guy when it comes to my drinks. The cold brew is strong, tasty, and you can tell it is fresh because it lacks the bitterness that is typical in so many coffee shops! Looking for freshly made and handcrafted coffees and teas? This is the only place that has it. They do everything right that the rest of the places do wrong which is an incredible coffee and tea. This is not your typical Starbucks with hours old coffee and tons of syrups. You can even call in and order your coffee so it's ready when you get there. He makes it fresh every hour. I asked for an iced mocha type coffee and told him to do what he wanted with it. He surprised me with a lavender mocha coffee! I had no idea that was even a thing and it was incredible! You can tell it's fresh. The teas are all loose leaf and fresh with even fresh fruit. He even has incredible moist coffee cake. I won't be going anywhere else. Sure, we have a coffee place on Merced but I've often gotten strange tasting coffees. They're rushed there so not a lot of care goes into their coffees. Le Muse is different in that aspect. Love is put into this coffee and you can taste it. You can tell he works for you and wants to make you happy. The trailer is cute to boot too and there's even a playscape in the back for kids. Lots of room to even bring your own folding chairs to relax if you have a larger party. You won't get bitter or acidic tasting coffee here. Some local places and trailers seem to thing bitter and burnt coffee is what flavorful coffee is supposed to be like but it isn't. First time here today passing through. Ordered 2 iced almond milk lattes and the coffee tasted burnt. The milk and espresso wasn't stirred either and it came out super dark. The lattes were served with dome lids for smoothies and the straws they had available were the large mouth ones used for bubble tea. We also were served cup warmers for an iced beverage, which is not necessary. We ordered 4 breakfast tacos as well with bacon and they maybe had a few bacon bits in each one but hardly noticeable and he was short on mild salsa. Friendly staff, maybe just a bad order on my part. $25 is a lot of Money for nothing to really deliver. Maybe I'll order a black coffee next time. read more

What a great little trailer!! The owner greeted us on this very hot day and was ready to make us something refreshing. My girlfriend is a barista so they did their little coffee talk and she order something off the menu which he was so happy to do. When she got her drink she was over the top happy with his attention to detail and how he pulled her shots. I ordered his passion fruit green tea...Its honestly one of the best green teas I have ever had perfect for the 105 degree temperature. What also amazed me about him is that he had driven all the way to ROUND ROCK to get doughnuts for some of his customers!!! My mom and I visit coffee shops all over austin, san marcos and everywhere in between. This place is amazing and is definitely one of the best! I wish it was closer to us. The guy serving asked us what we normally drink and gave us suggestions of what to order. He really knows his stuff! We ended up with an awesome chai and a cortado. You can definitely taste all the flavors. After I heard about their horchata latte, I had to try it. It was excellent - very creamy with nice light, cinnamony horchata deliciousness. They also have a dulce de leche latte that I'm curious about. The owner and his workers were very friendly and engaging, giving me lots of information about what they are doing. They gave me a sample of the hibiscus-raspberry water and it was one of the yummiest drink that I have ever had. It wasn't tart and the macerated fresh raspberries were the perfect addition to the drink. I can't wait to go back and try the other goodies. One more thing I really like is that they use organic milk. I much prefer to drink organic and am happy to pay a little bit more for a coffee that is made with organic milk and GOOD (STUMPTOWN) coffee. Welcome to the community! read more

Very quaint, awesome little trailer. That's right, it's a trailer. But once you step inside, and place your order, you'll completely forget that. The owners are the baristas.
