Anna has been doing my nails for a while now. Her work is flawless! She pays attention to detail and clearly takes great pride in her work. Today though, she OUTDID HERSELF and took it to another level!! she actually did ombre with dip powder on my natural nails She has literally sealed the deal. Definitely work making an appointment with her!!

When I needed to get my nails done before NYE they did an amazing job. They held up all the way up to a few days ago. Since they did such a great job last time I came back in for a fill. That was a mistake. My nails were cut too short, were not the shape I wanted (after asking multiple times for coffin shaped), the color is thin and blotchy, they are different lengths, and I was stabbed in the center of my nail with cutters.

Le Nails is extremely clean and professional. They take their time and don't rush you out like other nail places. Jackie the owner is a sweetheart and does a great job and takes pride in her business. I highly recommend getting a pedicure at Le Nails and enjoy the reclining massage chairs and a nice paint job. If you are in a hurry make an appointment and they will be happy to take care of you.

Really bad. Really really bad. I asked for super, super thin acrylics, gentle almond shape. Got bulging thick and not well shaped. No cuticle work was done.

Ever since my original review on my wedding nails(the first set I got here) I have been a dedicated regular. Jaclyn is always so sweet and attentive and never rushes. She actually enjoys doing fun designs and colors. I'll never go anywhere else in the Henderson or Vegas Area. Reviews that are salty about not being able to do walk-ins are from people who don't call first and think that people should be sitting around waiting for them. Downright silly.

Great price for first time mani/pedi. They did a perfectly fine a job. I wouldn't expecting salon quality at all but some things were lacking: No scrub or massage on my legs. It would have been nice to remove the dead skin on my heels. For my hands, I'm pretty sure she didn't even ask me to wash them at any point bc there was so scrub or hot towels. Also, the lady who did my nails would not stop talking politics and that really ruined it. They all kept wanting to talk about whatever was on TV and I just wanted to be quiet. I wouldn't go back. The paint job was very good though. read more

I tried out Le Nails today after seeing a positive post on the Nextdoor app. Just wanted to have my finger nail color fixed.....I had a little chipping. So I made an appointment and I could tell when I called it was going to be a good experience. I had an appointment with Jennie and she did a wonderful job with my nails and my nails look fantastic. I just use polish and no gel or dipping. There was another person working there and she was delightful too. I just had a mani/pedi about 2 weeks ago so not due for another one for a couple of more weeks. I'll be scheduling that with Le Nails & Spa. Very clean and followed COVID protocol. Thank you Jennie. I brought my fiancé here for his first pedicure and we both had such a nice experience. He is going to be addicted to pedicures! We made an appointment and they got us in right away. We then sat down for one of the best pedicures I've ever had! It was super thorough- not rushed at all and very well done. I couldn't recommend it more. Our feet look so nice! Again, another wonderful Experience. I walked in, they were full. They said come back in an hour and we can do both at the same time so you can pick up your son from school on time. They did as said and I had 5 min to spare. I even had a broken toenail and he used something to fill it in to make it look normal.. Beautiful. Love this place:) read more

This place is amazing! I called in the morning for an appointment, and Jaelyn got me right in the same afternoon! After discussing the silk wraps I initially thought I wanted, I decided to go with hard gel. She removed my acrylics painlessly and was super friendly and fun to chat with while she created the most perfect French manicure. I would highly recommend her! read more

My wife went and had her nails done here. The worst experience she's ever had. The older lady who did her nails obviously did not know what she was doing. She took for ever to glue on the nails and wood glue them on and peel them off and reglue them again. She barely put any acrylic powder on her nails and brush them as if she was putting polish on. The acrylic when she asked my wife to go and wash her hands, my wife looked down at the shape and they were all crooked. My wife asked if she could help to shape them and the lady said no I do. There was no difference the second time. My wife was very upset at the outcome and opted to not have her nails painted. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

Called for a pedicure 10 minutes before they open She said come at 10 girl running late bad weather 3 workers were there when I showed up at 10 Right away they told me to go to a chair and soak feet. No clients were there 1020 they said girl still running late. I sad should I leave, they said your choice. However, they drained the sink picked up my flip flops from the floor and gave them to me and told me to leave. I said one of you could have started my pedicure when I walked in. 3 workers were doing nothing. How about calling your women to see how far away they are. No wonder why they have no customers. read more

Since moving to Las Vegas it has been really hard finding a nail salon that I like. Well I'm happy to say I finally found one!! I was do for a fill and decided to call to make an appointment (I was recommended by a co worker of mine that is a customer). Jaclyn was able to get me in the same day and I cannot say how happy I am I went in. I absolutely love my nails! Jaclyn is so friendly and really takes her time to do the job right. So pleased because they are very detail oriented, they take pride in their work and are up to date on nail trends. . I have never been so satisfied with my nails. Flattering shape and perfect length. This is the first time I have been loyal to a nail salon. . Wide selection of OPI colors (only brand I have ever used haha). As a part time coach potato, the massaging chairs and stream of TV shows playing enhances the initial foot soak experience. I like my manicure and pedicure every time and love the staff. Great family business! read more

Trevor is awesome. Just had a great 60 minute pedicure and it was fantastic. Trevor has great customer service, great personality, and very precise about how he applies polish. He is also very thorough about callus removal, cuticle trimming, nail trimming and massage. Highly recommend. He is also very entertaining. read more

I was a faithful customer for about a year. But, the lady that used to do my legs , pawned me off on another employee, who was NOT as skilled and RIDICULED me while performing a procedure . Not cool. The nail techs are very nice, knowledgable, and eager to please. I started coming here when my daughter began math tutoring next door. As a fellow beauty professional I am particular about customer service and I will say that everyone who works here is great. In fact tonight was my third visit and in between I went to a "fancy" nail place for my friend's wedding and this place was leaps and bounds better. They listen to what I say, for example, I don't like my toe nails clipped too short so they don't. Which is awesome and I don't get ingrown toenails. Also, they give an amazing hot stone massage of you want to fork out a few extra bucks. Even after my daughter is don't with tutoring I will travel the extra 10 minutes to get to this place because they are worth it! read more

HORRIBLE....1st went in person during week to see place. Asked to schedule appt with owner Jaclyn. On vacation...made appt for Sat 3pm. after having 2 rude women in there working. Not friendly per reviews. On Fri cancelled appt due to a conflict...Jaclyn asked of I could come Sunday. I asked what time, she said 3pm. Got to salon 6 mins early. Living up to their namesake, that's exactly what your nether region will feel like after a wax at Smooth as Silk. Groupon brought me here. I've had the opportunity to try many waxing places because of it. Most estheticians I've gone to are usually independent and rent a space inside a salon building, but Smooth as Silk is actually a standalone waxing studio. And a beautifully decorated one at that -- reclaimed wood paneling and decor that made for a warm welcome. They even offer bottled water while waiting. A cleansing wipe is provided beforehand and a sheet drape for modesty after undressing. Tori did my wax. She was casual and friendly and turns out she's also the owner. So it goes without saying that I experienced a thorough wax. I'm bad at maintaining my brazilian schedule so it was as if it was my first time waxing, but it wasn't as painful as I anticipated. Thanks! I have a few favorite waxing places in town and this will definitely be added to the list. Their regular price for brazilian wax is $50 which is usually the average to comparable studios.

Note: Long review, but I'd like to think I'm pretty funny so it might be worth the read! I am the daughter of the owners of this nail shop. I know what you're probably thinking, "Oh no! A biased review from a family member, blood related at that! Sound the alarms. This is wrong! Too good to be true!" Well maybe it is, but let me tell you all something really important about my parents and the workers at this shop. They're not talking bad about you in Vietnamese like you think they are! Just kidding that's not the important part, although it is true that they don't talk bad about their customers. Why is that? Because they are grateful you have considered them and trusted them to give you a happy experience at a shop they take so much pride in. Like most reasonably priced nail shops, this is a mom and pops shop. They put a lot of effort into the work they do and like other reviewers said, they are very detail oriented. You all are so important to them that when I try to get my nails done I have to wait for them to service you first! So cruel to their own daughter right?? But it's okay, I forgive you. My parents make my nails look great even though I never get to show them off! I mean I would but who has time for friends when you're in college. One day my toe nails were bugging me and I thought to myself, "if my parents can do it, so can I!" Well I can't and I ended up messing up and now I get hang nails every so often that pinch my skin so deep that it pierced my soul (and sole). It's not an easy job you know? My mom can't turn on a computer to save her life but she can operate so surgically on my feet to save mine. My parents have been working 7 days a week, every week, for so many years with very few vacations. Can you imagine working seven days a week, taking care of three kids and a bigger one (my dad), without getting a day off to even relax for one hour? The only time my mother has ever not been at work unexpectedly was when she was too sick to even move (in which case I stayed home from school/ditched to take care of my mother, with good reason of course). My point is my parents work very hard to treat their customers like family and see you leave with a smile. My mom will go as far to take pictures of your nails just to show off to me what I'm missing out on later at dinner. She tells me great things about many of the customers she's become close to and I think she's secretly even set up an arranged marriage with me and one of her customer's sons without my consent. I consider you all family as well, but I truly hope we don't take it that far. Whenever I come to the shop the customers greet me with a smile and I thank you for that. My parents appreciate the smile as well. It really does go a long way to see someone happy and confident with themselves. It's not an easy feat. If you just want to get your nails done and don't care about coming back again or getting the best leg massage of your life via my dad, Travis. Then this nail shop probably isn't for you. However if you want to become part of our family and steal my parents away from me even more (it's okay really, I could use the me time), on top of leaving the shop like the diva/(divo??) you are, then please take the time to let my parents see you walk out our shop with a smile. Also tell them to give me a raise for babysitting their two sons (8 and 3, what a pain!!) Just kidding, but it wouldn't hurt to mention my name (and the much needed raise). :3 Also, I strongly recommend making an appointment. Those slick devils there are pretty popular and you don't want to miss your chance right??? 5 stars because they feed me and because they deserve it, 4.5 in spirit because they don't feed me enough and I deserve it! Truly this is unbiased from an actual service review standpoint, however I wanted to let everyone be aware of how important you are to them. When you're happy, they're happy. I've been going to Jaclyn and Travis for over 4 years!!! Aside from the amazing customer service and excellent product. They make me feel like I'm home, every time I walk in the door. I tend to hesitate on suggesting restaurants, bars, salons, etc . To my friends and family, but have never thought twice when it comes to Le Nails and Spa. I absolutely LOVE this salon! Jackie is extremely friendly and accommodating. Her experience, creativity, & professionalism amaze me. I have had several pedicures, as well as my pink & white acrylic nail fills every 2 weeks. My young daughters were treated with care and respect when I treated them to a mani & pedi tonight, too. On top of that, I have a kind of misshapen big toe on my left foot and always get French tip and they always just paint my toenail and leave it at that but he actually painted a fake edge ONTO MY SKIN and not only does it look so wonky and weird, I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to apply these products on bare skin or cuticles and it's gel so I can't just use acetone on it and wipe it off. On top of that, I got the base coat using that new jelly polish and yes I know it comes kind of sheer, but when I've gotten it in the past at other salons, they just add an extra coat to make them pop more and he did not even offer it to me, I had to ask for a second coat and even with the second, they just look meh. I explained that it was my first time there and was looking for a new regular salon, so you would think he would maybe try to do a better set on me, at least to keep me coming back, but honestly this is one of the worst results from a pedicure I've ever had. If it was acceptable for me to walk out of the salon like this, I feel like it's worthy of sharing to others looking for a nail salon in the area. There are so many to pick from, just don't do this one. Paid $80 +$20 tip for these :(
