I've tried a few places but oddly each time I ask for no gel, they still try to give me gel. But I'm happy to have been referred here by a friend. Vince is fantastic! I'm a little picky when it comes to my nails. But he was very communicative and wanted to ensure I was happy. He's also very friendly and funny. And the basic pedicure is $25. You can make appointments but I usually just walk in when I find the time. I typically have either Vin or his wife Emily, they're both really good. Efficient and fast. I got a standard pedicure here and didn't even get my toes painted just clear. They have a huge price list on the wall which shows that the spa pedi was $20 which I was like oh wow they have really good prices. Well I went to check out and they charged me $28 but couldn't tell me why they charged me more. I made a comment about updating their price list on the wall if it wasn't accurate but the comment was completely ignored. Ann does amazing work! My gel manicure was clean, perfect and she took her time to make sure the lines were clean. The color is beautiful. I choose OPI Big Apple Red and was really happy Ann gave me several coats including two top coats to make it last. A gel manicure is $30. A little more than other places but I was really happy with how detailed Ann was and how particular she was to make my manicure clean and pretty. read more

I have been coming here for a year, since moving to Henderson, NV I'm very picky about nail services. They are a family run business, that is friendly and remember their clients. On a visit there yesterday, I had two premium services and a manicure for my guest. It took a long time for me, as the same person did my acrylic fill and pedicure. I was in the shop well over 2 hours, while my guest had to wait for me. Towards the end of my fill, attempting to pay via credit card, Vin tells me, that they have had ongoing issues, with their internet! He tried twice, and then told me, unless I had cash, I needed to go to an ATM and get the funds. I had to call my husband to get cash, which was extremely inconvenient! My issue is, if you knew you were having ongoing issues, why didn't you post it, in advance, so that clients had a choice?! I felt like it was a cash grab because the services were expensive. There are so many nail salons, going up in this immediate area, you need to bring your A game to stay relevant. I will probably not return, as I feel this could have been easily resolved, by candidly posting your internet issues up front. read more

Do NOT come here. I'm new to the area from Seattle and looking for a new place that is reasonably priced for the efforts they do seems impossible so far. I tried this one because they had a few good reviews. Just for a pedicure.. I would've cried if they touched my fingers. My water started out colder than luke warm, so I asked for it to be hotter. It was so cold it was taking a while to heat up so the lady left. A guy was next to me helping my friend, I told him my water was getting to hot, he repeated what I said, then ignored me and walked away. I looked at my friend and was like wtf? I pulled my feet out and then he acknowledged me and turned off my water. He then became my technician some how He was quiet the entire time, I had to have him fix my acrylic because he made it to short after I told him what I wanted. So he's now waisting my time. MIND YOU, these chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in in my life. Like, I swear it felt like I was sitting on the floor the entire hour and a half. My friend and I both told them we didn't want any special pedicure anymore, just the Gel color change and critical clean up, because we were running out of time They decided to continue with the pedicure. And most definitely charged us afterward! Meanwhile guy starts the pedicure with the stone and decides for this time to be the time he speaks perfectly fine English. He interrupts me & my friend just to ask if we're going to EDC. We look at him, say no, starting talking to each other again.. He starts saying another thing about it while vigorously scrapping my foot in a sensitive spot with NO dried skin. I scream and pull my foot away and he tries to still talk and act like he did nothing. It hurt so bad I work on my feet in heals for 8hrs, it's been hell ever since. And on top of everything he made his own shape on my nails so I'm walking around with smudged out octagon looking nails like a 5 year old did them, out of pocket $60 & I can't wear socks or walk without irritation. So incredibly disappointed. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB, it's literally one of the easiest. Like, I don't get it with most of these Asian people. And be more clean! We don't want to share dirty nail files or brushes while laying our arms/feet on someone else's nails shavings. Disgusted rn. read more
