She left scrapes on my fingers caused severe pain in my cuticles and I contracted an infection in my hand as a result. Terrible establishment terrible owner waste of money. I reached out right away, sent photos, and explained my concerns. The initial suggestion was that additional highlighting may be needed, and I was also told that an assistant could highlight it. After the original result and that proposed correction, I no longer felt comfortable having more chemical work done at the same salon and decided to get another professional opinion. I asked for at least a partial refund since I now have to pay another salon to assess and correct the color, but the salon declined because I did not return for an in-person reassessment. I understand businesses have policies, but as a client, I also think it is reasonable not to feel comfortable returning for additional chemical services after losing confidence in the result and proposed correction. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision. I would recommend taking clear before/after photos, asking exactly who will be performing each step of the service, and clarifying the salon's refund/correction policy before booking. I would also recommend asking for a full price breakdown before any service begins. I was not given the full pricing until I checked out, which added to the frustration.

As he rushes through and gets to the end, he knocks over color #232 powder spilling it on the table and towel. Instead of calling it a loss, he picks up the towel and shakes the powder color, nail clippings and shavings on the table then proceeds to use his brush and sweep it back into bottle so whoever goes next will have fingernails mixed in with their powder.

Y'all, ignore the bad reviews! I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in. My wait wasn't long at all (no appointment). My tech got all of my ingrown nails taken care of, gave me probably the best leg massage I've had, and spoke great English, making communication easy. The salon was clean and the tools had been sterilized. I'm a happy customer and will be back when I'm in the area again.
