I have booked several appointments at the Johnson City location and the Bristol and I can't even tell you how many times they have called the same day to cancel. I have been a loyal club member for years, coming once a month for a Brazilian, full leg, and brow. I also made sure to tip 20% of the full price of the service, not the reduced club price. Two of the benefits i was promised when I signed up for the club is that if you can't do a Brazilian one month then you can switch to a facial and that if you change plans it doesn't reset the 6 month commitment. In 2021, they started a Brazilian and full leg club. Since I was already receiving both services I signed up for the club. I was told toward the end of the year that the specific club was ending and starting Jan 2022 it would be just the Brazilian club. I was disappointed but still fine with it and switched over to the new club. I usually would get my Brazilian, but every so often it would get to the end of the month, so I would schedule a facial for the end of the month and then reset the Brazilian appointment the first week of the following month. April 2022 ended up being one of those facial months. I booked my appointments 2 months in advanced since they are so short staffed. The day before my scheduled facial, the girl who works the front desk called me to tell me they don't allow to replace the facial anymore because there they had to redo their prices and facials were now $10 more. I told her that wasn't a problem, I would just pay the difference. She told me that I couldn't do that and I would be charged full price for the facial and if I didn't get the Brazilian then I would just lose the money for that month. That was a huge selling point that I was told one day in advanced that I could no longer have. After going back and forth trying to work out a compromise (there isn't one), I told her I just wanted to cancel my membership. She told me to email the manager and she can take care of that. I emailed the manager and was told that, even though every time before changing clubs didn't reset my 6 month commitment, this time it was a new club and I had to pay the full price for the past services I received and that I had to pay by the 25th of the month or I would be charged for the following month. It ended up being pretty much the same price to just wait the extra 2 months so I waited until the June payment and have now told them to cancel. I was really sad because I liked the employees who perform the services and they did a great job, but the customer service from the club has turned to garbage. I found another place to go to who doesn't bait and switch and then steal from their long time loyal customers. read more

After getting tired of peeling leftover wax off of myself for months I wanted to cancel my sugarbaby membership, only to be charged after several cancellation emails had been exchanged. DO NOT get a membership with this place unless you want to go through the extreme hassle getting it cancelled. read more
