If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. Terrible service. Both my friend and I went in for a mani/pedi yesterday and the owner cut my friends foot with the callous remover. The girl that was doing my feet did a terrible job. Then my friend and I got SNS on our nails and both of our nails look like complete mess. It was inconsistent service the lady got up in the middle of doing my friends nails and just walked off. When we went back to ask for a refund the owner said absolutely no and then proceeded to laugh when my friend showed him her wound on her foot that he cut! Disgusting people! read more

A friend was visiting from out of town and it was raining pretty hard out so we decided to get a pedicure. We happened to see this place driving by and gave it a try. I had my 22month old daughter with me and she sat in my lap while we got our pedicure. During the pedicure my daughter kept pointing to the polish wall saying "blue one" because she loves the color and was wearing her Elsa dress from the move Frozen. One of the ladies asked if she could polish my daughters nails and I said ok. All the ladies working were so polite and sweet. She loves her "Elsa blue" nails. They created a fun memory for my friend and I and of course my little princess :) Great pedicure also! read more

My person did a great job. She was very gentle and really took her time. They're very friendly and welcoming. I really liked the atmosphere. The person that did my friend's toes kept hurting her toes with the cuticle cutter. Other than that, our pedicures did look good. read more

Went for a mani/pedi while on vacation. The people were really nice and the facility was clean. Their massage chairs were probably the best I've ever been in--and I've had my share of pedicures. I thought the service took about the right amount of time & the person that did my pedicure let me sit in the awesome massage chair for my mani too since I was enjoying the chair so much. The polish on my toes was slightly cakey but it was better once I had a shower and the overlap washed off my skin. It wasn't bad to start with but not the best I've ever had. My nails came out fine but the lady was so rude and so rough about my hands. They advertise $27 for full set acrylics but apparently to get them shaped is an extra $5, so when I asked why I was charged $32 she was extremely rude even tho I didn't know there was a $5 charge for different shape. Giving two stars as my mom and I had very different experiences here. We came in around 5:30 on a Friday and were the only two customers. A lady did my mom's nails and she had a great experience. A man did my nails and nicked my cuticles 4 times, making me bleed each time. It was painful and uncomfortable to sit through the rest of the manicure. Would recommend coming if the lady is available but would warn against getting a manicure by the man. read more

The first time I went the service was wonderful. The second time was a pleasure as well. Although the third and fourth time I noticed fungus under my acrylic nails. The next time I got my nails done he rushed on them because there was people behind me in line. My nails where not even and they where extremely thick. They began to break off about a week later. I went to VIP off of other reviews here and I was very impressed with the salon, it was clean, neat, and the employees where friendly however just like all nail salons I have been to, they do not introduce themselves to you. I had a pedicure and it was great, however the tech that was working on my feet saw a friend come in the shop and dropped me and went to her friend and had someone else finish my toes, I was not really impressed with that cause I felt unimportant at that point. The male tech was working on my daughter feet was great, very friendly and tried to make conversation which was nice. He asked us several times if we where happy and if there was anything he could do to make it better. The only thing I did not like about this salon was after my pedicure was over I saw they had a list of other services that I could have had done, of course for more money but like the paraffin wax, etc, I was never offered that service which I would have paid to have that done so if you go to this salon ask for their "menu" of services. read more
