I had high hopes for this one, it just didn't measure up to what it could have been. First, plenty of empty tables and ample staff on a Saturday morning. That boded well. I was sat immediately and a waitress took my took my coffee order right away. The menu has breakfast choices for whatever you're looking for. I was looking for an omelette and when I didn't see exactly what I was looking for, went to build my own before realizing each item beyond cheese was $2.50. I asked the waitress if they really charged $2.50 for each vegetable, and they did. So I removed toppings and subbed a cheese from an existing dish to save money. I was baffled but still happy at this point. When my food came out I realized the special order wasn't what I hoped. They took off the wrong meats and instead of subbing cheese, removed it all together. Thankfully they did agree to fix it, though it came back after I finished everything else. I was never asked if I wanted more coffee either. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but there was no offer of comping anything or even offering a discount. What I did (eventually) eat was good, and the place is nice. I'd expect more when a place is so expensive and not busy though. read more

The service was incredible! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what to order. We were unsure if there were good gluten free options but there was an entire menu dedicated to GF. Layout of the restaurant is a little lacking. We were sat next to the window (which from previous reviews you'd think that I'd love this), but the tables were spaced closely so we were pressed up against another table awkwardly. The table next to us were complaining about that as well quite loudly. That didn't help my experience here. And unfortunately they moved their table behind me to get away from the wall and right up my chair. Our server came by the table a few times and was very attentive even though we felt like we were reviewing the Cheesecake Factory menu with all of their food and drink options. Not to mention the seasonal drinks and dishes displayed around the restaurant. But after we ordered we didn't see her again until the bill came. I liked being able to enjoy our food and company and there were tons of staff around if we absolutely needed anything. Food was generous, delicious, and very filling. None of us stepped away feeling hungry in the least bit. Word of advice, my party had already tried this place so they knew to order their hash browns crispy. This was my first time. I highly recommend asking to do so because my hashbrowns felt like eating defrosted hashbrowns from the freezer. Limp, fall apart, and somehow aldente and mushy at the same time. No texture whatsoever. Ketchup and Cholula were the saviors that morning. The corned beef hash and scrambled eggs though were perfect. Taste wise this definitely hit the spot. Affordable neighborhood eats with a similar menu style to Snooze A.M. without the hour wait. We're making this a regular go to for sure. read more

This location is brand new so we thought we'd check it out. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. Espresso is smooth and well presented for a good price. This is a nice place for a date with my wife, as the decor is well done. The food is good, well plated and plentiful. I wouldn't say it's exceptional, but it's good, normal brunch food. I've been to this location twice for breakfast and have no reason to give it any less than 5 stars. This location is in the King Soopers parking lot and there is plenty of parking. The staff we've encountered were all down to earth, friendly and attentive. The pricing of the food is reasonable and they have a range of items including traditional breakfasts, a la carte options, tasty skillets and monthly specials. Coffee and iced teas are good too. The space feels like farm-style meets upbeat 70s diner. The ambiance isn't like a Kneaders, Panera or Corner Bakery where it's more subdued and quiet. Music is easily heard with a fun playlist going. Casual wear, rambunctious little kids, good laughs and convos are all to be expected here. They also have outdoor seating. Definitely happy they're here and will be frequenting this location. read more

Food is fine, portions are generous. However the real issue lies with the service. Our server Nadia had two tables including ours for a weekday lunch. She was absolutely awful- ignored drink refills, including the empty water jug even when it was placed on the corner of the table. We had to flag her down multiple times. In addition, I could count on one hand how many times she interacted with us. If you have Nadia, I'd recommend asking for a new server. read more

I love the food in this restaurant, almost as much as I love Amy. H who works there! I was so excited about seeing Le Peep coming to Highlands Ranch as it's so much closer than that there previous location to us. We've been 3 times this week as we love it there, and did I mention you can collect points to get $10 off through the toast app. The food, service, and ambiance are great, plus the restrooms are really clean. The prices are really good, which is saying something these days. I would highly recommend the Rock Lobster Scramble, it pretty healthy and delicious. But they also have fun things like Jalapeño waffles and staples like the 18 wheeler. I've heard it can get very busy in the mornings, as word has got out about the place, but we normally go in around 11am and it's empty. Today we had lunch at 1pm and it was also fairly quiet, my wife had a burger and loved it. Now I just have to find a way to leave my wife at home, so I can get some 1:1 time with Amy! read more

Was so happy when this location opened up by our house. Love the Quebec location and staff as we were regular Sunday customers. Highlands ranch is now our go to often and we tell everyone. The restaurant itself is airy and inviting, but lacks in food quality. Our waitress, was very nice, but got the order wrong; it was corrected. One person in the party ordered the Wanderer Skillet breakfast. The cheese on top was dried out crunchy and old looking while the potatoes under the cheese were completely cold. The restaurant was fresh and clean and we were greeted by friendly faces and smiles as we entered. They were very accommodating as we wanted a booth. As we were being seated, it felt like we were the only people in the restaurant. We were given the menus and time to review them. So many wonderful things to consider. They had asked if we wanted something to drink and we requested decaf coffee. It seems like the coffee was there in the blink of an eye. Michelle took our orders and allowed a potato change from the regular potatoes to hash browns. I like them golden brown and crisp. And that's the way they came, cooked perfectly! The meals were quickly delivered and delicious! So we had excellent food, excellent service and an excellent ambiance. An awesome experience! We'll be going back to La Peeps on Wildcat Reserve! The service was pretty good, however the waitress overfilled a large glass of orange juice and brought it slopping to the table. She made no attempt to wipe it up. I ordered eggs Benedict. The English muffins were over toasted and very thin. It was very difficult to cut through the muffin, and I was using a steak knife! The ham, or whatever it was, it could've merely been ham lunch meat they used was extremely thin and actually hard to pick up off the plate. The hollandaise sauce did not have much flavor. I have had eggs Benedict all over this United States and have never seen it cooked like this. For a restaurant that specializes in breakfast, they do not seem to know how to prepare eggs Benedict properly. The only thing I did enjoy was the gooey buns. read more

However, we asked for boxes and after 20 minutes of waiting for them my toddler needed the restroom. We were away from the table for no more than 5 minutes and in that time they managed to clear all our food away (none of which was even half finished). Likely won't be coming back. Terrible - sent back food. Food not even lukewarm, pancake undercooked, bad sound system and bad music, uncomfortable seating. Just a terrible breakfast experience. The server was good and she did admit she has to yell at customers due to the noise level. read more
