Great experience! We went here for brunch around 1130am on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised there was no wait for a table! The dining area has a good amount of seating. The host and waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. We got the million dollar bacon for the table and even though I'm not a huge bacon fan, this hit the spot! The sweet glaze with a hint of cayenne made this a crowd pleaser. I ordered the power wrap with egg whites, mushrooms, turkey, and spinach, and a side of potatoes. I feel like I've been living under a rock having never been to a First Watch until now. This spot is so good! The menu is extensive and so varied - really any dietary need can be accommodated, and they do have a nutrition/allergen card available for reference when ordering. We came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and there was plenty of seating available. We opted for a shady spot on the patio. Our toddler got a coloring sheet and crayons to keep her occupied. We ordered a kid's yogurt granola bowl for her, a morning market omelette & chicken apple sausage patties on the side for me, and my husband opted for the lemon ricotta pancakes and a morning medication juice. I also tried the coffee - good stuff! All our food was delicious and we would get the same items again (but there is so much to choose from that we will keep exploring the menu!). They close at 230 but yet starting at 2 (or before) you see people sweeping floors, leaving the broom pan with the trash getting swept in, filling condiment containers, etc. Geez definitely makes me not want to return. I've been wanting to try the spot for quite some time as we've lived in the area for three years, but we always end up at snooze. We're looking for a different flavor profile and decided to pop over here Christmas weekend for a Sat brunch and we're incredibly pleased. One of their Hallmark items is coffee as soon as you get in. You don't have to wait to be served. You get served while you wait. Every table has its own craft of coffee, which speaks to one of their fixtures to their service. Warm, friendly, attentive, and helpful is how I would describe the service. We had a server who was covering tables for this other server, who is not on top of their game. I remember it being an Egg & I at one point and happy to have a new breakfast option in the area when you'll definitely be waiting at Snooze or the Original Pancake House on a Sunday, this place is IMO the better option. We both ordered two different hash skillets and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the ingredients, taste and portion size. Also, the food came out quick! Husband ordered the multigrain pancake and he thoroughly enjoyed it as well. We drank a couple of pots of their delicious coffee and our waitress offered to bring us to go cups which we took her up on the offer. Came here for breakfast on a Sunday. The service was fast, the food was tasty. We had traditional breakfast. I have multiple food sensitivities so I asked for gluten free bread. Once the order was placed our food arrived quickly. I had the standard breakfast with 2 eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. The eggs seemed a bit slim but were tasty with a bit of green onion on top. They only had artisan bread as the toast but it was crazy good especially with the homemade jam. I asked for the bacon crispy and it was perfect!
