Service was great and the food was pretty good, mostly. I got the stuffed raspberry French toast and my partner got the portobello panini. Their cheese grits were not good. Tasted like a packet out of a Quaker's box with zero flavor, even cheesy style. It needed a lot of help with salt and pepper. Overall poor quality though. Bacon wasn't anything spectacular, but they do give you 4 pieces, so quantity is fair. Overall not bad. Reminds me of an old village inn. read more

This is a simple but great little spot for breakfast if you're in the Highlands Ranch area. We're almost always able to get a table right away, the food is always very good (highly recommend the pancakes/french toast and the eggs benedict), and service has always been super friendly and attentive. The bacon was crispy, eggs cooled perfectly & most importantly the pancakes were FLUFFY !!!! Our waitress was so sweet and helpful with picking out what to try. The combo was the perfect amount of food (we were starvingggg) and hit all the salty and sweet notes! Not pictured is their coffee which was delightful and smooth :) The ambiance was calm and colorful-- I must say these owners care about their customers and workers because they have 2 Ply Toilet Paper in the bathroom and I couldnt be more grateful. The restaurant was brightly lit, clean. It had just been (re)opened with the name Keke's Breakfast Club. We were greeted immediately and shown to a booth. The waitress seemed a bit harried unfortunately - maybe they needed more servers, maybe they needed less people from corporate. Once we received our dishes (both of which were huge), the waitress asked us how the food was within about 60 seconds. Then other (corporate?) people, with other shirt colors, stopped by asking us the same. When leaving, the waitress, two corporate individuals, and the host all thanked us for coming in and to please come back. I guess that corporate does not have faith in their employees to do their job properly? Hopefully they have less staff the next time on site. read more

Visiting friends in HR area and they recommended Keke's. The interior is bright, cheerful and spacious! One friend had an omelette with hash browns (which were actually fried potatoes), while the other had a turkey and avocado panini, I believe. I ordered the grits with cheese, while my daughter ordered a side salad. Unfortunately, the grits were watery and tasteless, but were better after adding salt. The salad came with diced tomatoes...like a ton too many and shredded cheese. Unfortunately, this is not a place we'd recommend, but maybe they were having an off day? Fairly new to this location. Recommended by a friend's wife. Clean and bright room. Seated quickly for breakfast. Although there was some confusion waters, tea and coffee arrived fairly quickly. There were 6 of us. I ordered the breakfast wrap. Others had a variety of breakfasts ... 2 of which were off the kids menu! Then the waiting began ... long waiting ... I'd say 30 minutes minimum. When the breakfasts started dribbling out the oatmeal was cold as were the home fries and pancakes. Had to ask for syrup. There was in addition one breakfast delivered and left at the table that nobody had ordered!! I'd asked for silverware, never got it, so resorted to a random ice tea spoon on the table, We asked for and received individual checks and got them. Perhaps it's because they're new. It was $16.00, so expected it to be a decent size for a meal. When it arrived, it was served in a small flat bowl the size of what one would expect for a side salad! Nothing exceptional about it at all, other than how small the serving was. Both of us left hungry. My recommendation is avoid their salads. Not worth the money. We saw the work they put into this place, modernizing the exterior look, so we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately the interior isn't quite as impressive. It's clean and remodeled, but the colors and layout make it feel old. We were greeted immediately and the staff really are the stars here! From seating to serving, the staff was friendly, hard working and made us feel welcome. To be honest, they lift this place to a 4 star. Amanda, our waitress was outstanding! Now, the food. We decided to order a couple of our favorites, eggs Benedict and a western omelette. The food was well presented, plates modern and warm, but the food itself was very average. Small servings, okay flavor, but nothing to really bring us back. And honestly if I'm hitting a diner type place, paying diner prices, that's okay, but when you're paying $16-17 a plate, we expect a lot more. Also bummed to find out that a place that calls itself a 'breakfast place' doesn't offer espresso drinks. Overall, not impressed. We go to Keke's 3-4 times a month. Have been there with other family & friends several times also. The service has always been great & other than one dish the food has been great. The chicken & waffles has been the only dish we find lacking as it is dry with tenders used. I'm very fussy about coffee & theirs is good. We love the different French toast & pancake options. The bacon is wonderful as is anything with fresh fruit. We were so happy to have mimosas, sangria & Bellinis now that they have these available. Love the place & the staff. read more
