Today was my worst experience here. Yelp stated to get here at 10:30. We arrived a couple minutes early and checked in. At 10:30 there were still 14 people in front of us and there were 6 tables inside and 6 outside unoccupied. When I asked why no one was being seated I was told the kitchen got 25+ minutes behind so they had to slow down. At 11 there are still 5 ahead of us and several empty tables. read more

Definitely had to have Eggs Benedict during my visit to the area. A quick search yielded LePeep first and with great reviews, so I went. Completely wonderful! Greeted right away, seated, then quickly visited by my server. Multiple choices of Benedicts and opted for the Baja Benedict. Self-serve water at each table was appreciated. Promptly provided with hot tea options, then not much later with my meal. Great presentation. Tasty Tasty Tasty!! Excellent quality! Portions were just the right size. My server was exceptionally efficient and pleasant; checked on me the perfect number of times. A gentleman, perhaps an owner or general manager, also checked on me as well as all others dining on the patio. The whole establishment seemed spotless and was attractively decorated. My family and I went to Le Peep this afternoon and arrived around 10:40 and was told the wait would be about 25-30 mins so We decided to wait it out. Well we waited closer to an hour. So the greeters need to work on their wait time estimation. I also think it would help if they had a larger dinning room. With that being the start I wasn't to happy, we got seated and our server was prompt in getting our drink orders but didn't tell us her name so if we needed her we had to flag her down and I'm not a fan of waving people down. Then we got our food and I ordered the Belgian Waffle combo and it was delicious! Their peasant potatoes were great, eggs were just right and the waffle was crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I will return but probably closer to open or closing time not at brunch anymore. read more

I went here for the first time today for brunch. I loved it! We sat at the bar and the service was friendly and attentive. I had a skillet with broccoli, eggs, cheese and potatoes. It was delicious! I will go back again for sure and would highly recommend ! read more

They were busy but the wait wasn't long at all. Neat environment/decor and the wait staff was great and very attentive. They have water waiting on the table for you in a carafe with lemon which was nice. The food was good, but it could have been flavored/seasoned a little more. Decent overall, but not up there with First Watch as far as quality and execution. We asked to have onions in our potatoes and we were charged $1.00 each for that. That's pretty steep to add a sprinkling of onions. My béarnaise sauce was pretty gross looking. A large glass of OJ is $4.50, pretty steep as well in my opinion. My lobster scramble was pretty good though, my wife's eggs were overcooked however. Good service from our waitress who was also very friendly. All in all just ok, may be back for the lobster scramble, but otherwise I would prefer First Watch. read more

I have tried all the other options within a 30 minute range and I haven't even found something comparable. Every time I come, I am treated respectfully, the food is delicious (especially the waffles) and it is fast and attentive service. Great breakfast/brunch spot for the whole family! The food is always hot and delicious. The menu is great and exactly what you would expect for the price - creative yet easy to navigate with trendy and classic items. The environment is good overall but can get quite noisy on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am thru noon. But, always clean and staff is fun and friendly even when it is busy. The patio is open when weather permits and helps to alleviate wait times. Online check-in via Yelp is helpful but we find that there is still a considerable wait at the restaurant upon check-in during those busy weekend hours. The indoor waiting area is small and tends to create most of the noisiness. If you prefer a quiet, less family friendly place, this isn't your spot! Even when the waiting list is long, it's always worth the wait! We have weekend brunch with Mimosas and Bloody Marys about twice a month. Always fantastic! read more

My daughter just moved to the area, and I had fond memories of this chain from when I lived in Denver long ago. This was even better than I remembered and this will be a frequent brunch destination for my daughter. We had no wait. The service was incredible, Gail is a personable, knowledgeable, and expert server. The manager stopped by to see if everything was to our satisfaction. Food was good, and the service was what you'd expect for a newly-opened business, a bit slow and disorganized. For example, it took 10 minutes for our server to stop by the table, and 1 of 2 of our orders was incorrect and lukewarm. There was LOADS of staff working, so it seems more a matter of training. The peasant potatoes are wonderful, not swimming in grease like so many breakfast spuds. I think Le Peep will be good given more time for the staff to settle in. read more

My family and I have been here numerous times. There is something on the menu for everyone. My husband likes spicy food for breakfast and he's never disappointed. Tried to get in on a Sunday (and expected to wait). Was told 30-45 min wait. After 35 min asked how much longer and was told 30 min. Was given the explanation of call ahead patrons.
