I showed the nail tech the nails I wanted and she said she could do them and encouraged me to get those. By the time she painted my acrylics, she said she couldn't do them. She ended up doing something COMPLETELY different than what I wanted. I also got a pedicure here and was left with a mark on my toenail after it was scraped with their tools. I have fairly clean feet (no fungus/marks) and they said it was inside my nail and couldn't fixed. There went my chance of getting a French pedi with that HUGE mark on my toe nail. So gross! He did a good job painting and filing them though. The cushions and rags used are stained !! Everything in here looks dirty/old. The older man doing my pedicure was scraping gunk off the floor and went straight to doing my nails without washing his hands. They are very friendly but I am not happy with the work. read more

This is my 3rd time coming here. And each time I've left happy. Today I wanted Ombré nails but I like to keep my nails short. I showed Stephanie a picture and she delivered. The picture showed more of a pink and white ombré but I opted for a more nude pink and I am so happy with what I got. She's quick and efficient too. I walked in and the place was empty on a Saturday morning but I thought wow just my luck. I asked for the basic pedicure and the guy said it was 35 dollars plus another 7 for callus removal. As he was doing my pedicure another customer walks in to check prices because she had just moved up here and they told her 30. I feel bad for the guy that did my feet as his hands were shaking and clearly has a cognitive issue. Should not be doing nails. Nice guy but lied to my face to make an extra 5 bucks. Not only that but they false advertised that they have Pedi's for $22 and when you walk in, they say that offer has expired and was only for 2 days even though on the flier, it doesn't state anything. Apart from that, they did my pedi HORRIBLE. I kept asking for the male nail "artist" to do a lighter coat and he just kept adding on more. When it came down to pay, they said they only accepted CASH.. if I had known this I would've came prepared ahead of time. I decided to give this place a chance even after reading the recent reviews... to avoid any misunderstanding I called a day ahead and asked for pricing on a gel pedicure and gel manicure which I was told would be $65 total. When I arrived I was told my pedicure would actually be $50 alone so I said I would have a regular pedicure instead no gel since the price went up. The lady said ok I'll give you gel and I said no I'll just do regular... how much would that be? She said with out gel would be $40 so I said okay do that. I noticed she was still doing gel but wasn't sure so I didn't say anything. Since I noticed she was still doing gel I said forget the gel manicure I just want what I had on my nails taken off and cleaned up a bit. So I finished with bare nails. My total was $70. More than what I was expecting to pay. The lady remembered me calling yesterday and made up some pricing that made absolutely no sense. I said I'm leaving with bare nails how does this cost more than what you told me yesterday? Then she proceeded to tell me she put gel on my toes and I said I specifically said no gel and she told me $40 which she denied saying. So ridiculous. I should've listened to reviews on here. First let me start with how bad And unprofessional they were. I first called for an appointment for two and she got me in which was good then me amusing I'm going to get the sale for pedicure for $22 dollars she than says it's was only for two days ? But there no sign of what days she's talking about and I have noticed that sign has been up for MONTHS I live very close by. I then asked how much she says 35 for each. I had told her okay I'll pay with my card and she then tells me they don't accept card but on there Yelp page it says they do. She later tells me I can go next door to a scary smoke shop ? Heck no I went to my bank that was close by and left my sister there drying her nails. I told my sister to asked them to put her sandals on so she can get the money from me from the car and they kept ignoring her asking her where I was at. While I was on the phone with my little sister and I heard all this over the phone really pushed my buttons. I walked in to give them the money and then my little sister after told me how bad they were ignoring her and how they walked away after they didn't "understand " her and threw there hands up. I've came in for a pedicure and they painted my pretty toes pink. Tina painted a beautiful flower and I went home happy. The nail polish stayed on all month. If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been here twice before this visit and every time I go in it seem to be a bad experience but this most recent time tops all of them. Seriously the worst experience I've had at any salon, don't waste your time here! I would highly recommend spending your money and time at a salon that teaches their employees about respect and customer service. While I was getting a pedicure done the technician doing it was extremely nice, however the lady that walked over to do my manicure was not. She grabbed my hand really hard and kept rolling her eyes at how I was telling her I wanted them done. While I was explaining the length I wanted them at she dramatically yawned and told me that she didn't want to do that because she was "too tired and they would take long". In the process of doing my nails she kept telling me that she wanted to do something different than I wanted because she was tired. The lady next to me told her that was not okay and then the employee started yelling at her and I and told her to mind her own business and she didn't know how to run a business. The entire process of doing my nails she told me that she was not going to do a manicure because that would take long and that she was going to charge me extra I was doing a long nail and she didn't want to do it. When I argued this and told her NO salon has ever charged me "extra" for doing coffin nails she told me not to come back. She tried charging me $50 for a solid color acrylic which the poster CLEARLY says $25 and when I pointed this out she said that for "really short acrylic", mind you my nails were not long! I kept telling her to go a little shorter while she was cutting them and every time she rolled her eyes at me. When she was done with my nails she shooed me away like a dog to go dry without saying any thing to me, just waved her hands and pointed. When I used to live in Hesperia, I would come to this salon every time I wanted to get myself a pedicure or a full set. I just went there today and I was very disappointed! they did not seem to have enough people & they were working on some of the pedicure seats so there wasn't as many tubs available and the store looked very dirty. my nails were cut way too short, they weren't even filed evenly and after they finished the acrylic powder, they did not go over it again with a buffer nor did I get up to go rinse off my hands with water. after they put the acrylic on, they filed the sides and then they cleaned it off with alcohol and then just slapped on a topcoat.
