After getting my nails done here, I developed a fungal infection on my hand. The skin started peeling and cracking, and it was painful and embarrassing. My doctor said it was caused by exposure to dirty tools. The place looked unclean, and the nail tech rushed through everything without even wiping down surfaces. They touch other people's feet and then touch your hand without washing. I've been to many salons. This is by far the filthiest one. Do NOT go here. If you care about your health, stay far away. This place should be investigated and shut down.

I decided I was going to get acrylic nails and let my nails grow out. I left there with these big huge chunky, wide globs on my nails and two days later I went somewhere and had them taken off. At the time that the man was putting the acrylic nails on I knew it was going to be a hot mess. The nail was so wide it actually went over top of my skin. I repeatedly said I really want them thinner I don't want them to look like fake nails could you make them slimmer and's not so thick? During that time I was asking for the nails to be slimmer and to fit my nail properly the owner Nancy was mimicking me in her native language; basically saying yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and rolling her eyes. I went to another manicurist in Westminster she remove the nails after two days. I never said a word to her about my dissatisfaction with them. But when she looked at them she said oh my gosh these things look horrible how did this happen? I have returned to the manicurist in Westminsterr every three weeks diligently, my nails are beautiful they're actually my own with gel polish, no acrylic! Was told to arrive on time unless I needed to fill out forms I show up on time and show them the forms on my phone they don't have them. They deduct the time from my massage. Not a way to win new clients. My woman massage was in the hall way (seen her on my way to bathroom) seemingly very anxious talking to herself while she prepared (so she wasn't ready when i arrived anyway) she left me for an extended time to undress, asked for water she forgot, you won't get a full hour here no matter what as they deduct the time for them to get ready. Had an injury she worked on that area but was a little to harsh with moving it expecting me to be able to move it as normal. Check out was all about rebooking me even when I said I needed to see if it had even been helpful and then to pressuring me to use a male there.
