Nice ambiance and efficient servers in this classy restaurant. Eggplant starter was tasty and a huge portion. The fried calamari and shrimp was perfectly fried and you could tell the oil was fresh. The lamb chops were described as melting in the mouth delicious. The chicken parm was juicy and tasty. The seafood pasta was incredible and the enormous shrimp on top was a really nice touch. The veal Milanese was horrible a dry board with dry salad and dry shaved cheese dumped on top. I still give it 5 stars because 5 out of 6 dishes were really great.. An owner spent time chatting to us and made the evening and we enjoyed her stories. Highly recommended just skip the veal. read more

The food and server were absolutely fantastic. I had the sea bass and my date had the Bronzino. Delicious, perfectly cooked, HUGE portions. We also had a beautiful bottle of wine. Our server was lovely, attentive, accommodating, and personable. The bartender as the bar was the only drawback. I asked for several different kinds of reds that he didn't seem to know of and instead of offering me a wine menu, he just sort of stared and walked to ask someone else if they knew. Food (4.5/5) - The food was very good, but it was definitely too expensive - especially when you consider that it did not have the service or ambiance to back up the prices. $85 for lobster with pasta? Come on. Not to mention you have to break the lobster apart yourself, becoming an absolute mess in the process. Service (3/5) - The main server was nice and helpful, but he did not provide additional napkins needed to deal with a really messy lobster dish. When delivering the food to the table, the runner spilled sauce on my pants, which was obviously an accident, but still. This place advertises itself and prices its food as being high-end Italian dining, so this was unacceptable. The manager tried getting the stain out with dawn dish soap, but the stain is still there as I look at it hours later while writing this review. Ambiance (1/5) - I don't recommend sitting outside unless you are okay with getting your shoulder bumped by the staff nonstop during your stay. It was very distracting, disappointing, and ultimately took away from the whole experience. Not to mention I got home and found sauce on the back of my shirt. I can only assume how that got there... Overall, the place has very good food, but its lack of intangibles is why I would not come back. read more

For starters, be aware all prices you see on menu will be market up at least 4% (some things like tea and drinks much more). Second, I had two glasses of wine and was charged for three. And, of course, the wine price was marked up from menu price. Unfortunately I noticed a day late. The beef carpaccio was ok, as was the pizza. My wife's lentil soup was a dense bowl of stewed lentils and nothing else--no celery, onion, potato, etc. She also ordered eggplant parm. Got a dish of tomato soupy cheese with some barely existent eggplant. Strange, not only because it was nothing that you'd normally get in an "Italian" restaurant, but also because eggplant is the least expensive ingredient. Service was poor. The food was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was great. Most of the waitstaff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our server was a bit too pushy. He hovered at the table and didn't give us enough time to look over the very large menu or talk things through. While he did recommend a good wine, the approach felt more like a car salesman than attentive service. I ended up getting the chicken parm that could have served 4 people. I wasn't told that it was a massive amount of food. I was turned off by the size of the meal. Do I consider my self a foodie... yes. But I don't enjoy feeling rushed or pressured while dining. This a an absolute MUST TRY! Just visited for the third time in 6 weeks and the restaurant has become a "top choice" for our family! Food is consistently excellent, atmosphere is authentic, and owners are mingling with customers just the right amount. I attended a luncheon yesterday and it was such a nice experience! The food was delicious and service was exceptional. I called the day before to request a special birthday cake and the cake was probably the BEST cake I've ever had with fresh whipped cream. Had an amazing dinner tonight at the Mizner location in Boca. Served by Marco and Ivan on the outside patio - ambiance , service and food were top notch. Started with an appetizer - a special - can't remember technical name but it was baby mozzarella stuffed in burrata with balsamic- A+ (including presentation) Followed with gnocchi in pesto with shrimp, cacio e Pepe with truffle, and a margarita pizza. Cacio e Pepe served tableside - again quite the presentation. Wrapped up the meal with the Nutellino - nutella, ricotta wrapped baked in pizza oven - we didn't think the meal could be topped but this was off the chart. Will definitely be back! read more

If you're in south Boca or north Broward, do not sleep on this joint. Start off with some toasty Clams Oreganata. Do you like an Italian parade? Because their Cacio e Pepe is made table-side accompanied by a wonderfully energetic parade. If that's not enough, order the Branzino covered in rock salt, baked in the brick oven, and filleted table-side masterfully by a super convivial waiter with a fork and spoon. The salmon filet was roasted in the brick oven with an exquisite crusty top and served with slightly charred broccoli. How you top this? How about with some little purses? Stuffed Fiocchetti with prosciutto and julienned pears, with a creamy Gorgonzola, pecorino and Parmigiana Reggiano sauce. Make sure you put a piece of bread aside to drag through that sauce. Trust me. Parking can look a bit troublesome, but use the valet at the north end of the lot, or park in the lot overlooked by the Addison Mizner statue and take the shortcut by the cigar bar. Very good Italian fare with a large menu. Our party tried a few standard entrees like linguini with clams and chicken Marsala. We also tried a white mushroom pizza which is wood fired and very good. We have visited the North Boca place a few times and we enjoyed the pizza, the branzino and about everything that we tried. Was very happy to see they opened a new place in Mizner area. We go there for dinner, middle the week, to celebrate my mom in law. It was not busy, and we got a large table outside. Nice weather, great hosts. Every meal came with a story. The wine came with a story. We ordered multiple plates and we all shared. Although I am not a pasta guy, I think I got the best pasta I ever had in my entire life. It was called Cacio Pepe (or similar) and had grated truffles on it. All experience came with quite high tab, but we did not regret anything at the end of the day. Or the day after, or the following. The Le Sorelle is one of those places where you feel that the owners care, the chef cares, the servers care. By the way, Natalia was a great server, friendly and gentle. Very overpriced. Not worth the money. I should have known since there were very few customers. I even ordered the veal Milanese but got the veal parmigiana. I didn't want to deal with it and wait for my correct order. It was basically a big piece of veal with too much sauce and cheese. It wasn't very good. Wee also ordered the veal chop.... I wish they would have told us two people can share! I think they needed pasta as a side. I would not go back.
