I am so happy that sommelier extraordinaire Tesh has opened up a new wine lounge in the heart of downtown Roseville! If you find the door marked 219 on Vernon Street, make your way upstairs to what looks like a hallway art museum, follow the amazing music (and probably laughter), eventually leading to a cozy and intimate space to sip and toast with friends and even the wine legend himself. Whether you want to chill and relax, have GNO, date night, or pre-game for a show across the street or drinks after dinner next door, As a pro wine steward, Tesh will recommend wines that fit into your taste profile and budget. He's very friendly, down to earth, and polite. Not to mention, you'll probably learn a thing or two about wine! Tesh picked out a lovely Italian Moscato for us, since we were in the mood for some bubbles and my husband prefers something on the sweeter side. There are tables in the room next to the little bar. He does not have a kitchen, so you are welcome to bring in food to enjoy with your wine purchase (sold by the glass or bottle). Come find this hidden gem in downtown Roseville and support their newest small business owner! Pro tip: follow on IG for business hours @leteshwinelounge

Honestly, we would have stayed if we weren't hungry. Be aware, it is a small venue. Be prepared to perhaps stand if no seats or tables are available. We happen to get lucky and managed to snag a 2 seater tall table. It's a dark setting, very intimate. You do need the password of the day to get in. Follow them in IG for the daily password. The entrance is located off an alley. No signs, just a door. I love that speakeasy's are making a slow comeback and this one is exceptional.

The room is small but surprisingly fit two large groups and a few couples. There's a bar plus a few tables and couches. The bartenders are very focused and work hard at their craft. Each cocktail is carefully made to perfection. The list of drinks ranges from light fruity to spirit-forward depending on your taste. We enjoyed: - pomegranate martini: light and fruity, good pomegranate flavor - yuzu lime drop: seasonal for summer only! - the First Lady: strong but smooth; came with a nicely cut ice cube - whiskey sour: classic flavor, executed well The drinks were great but I really wish there was some sort of snack to munch on. Even peanuts or mixed nuts would have been welcome. Adding a small food menu of bar snacks would make me stay longer!

First time here and my buddy and I didn't want to wait 45 minutes for some Chinese food. Came in and felt very under dressed, but they did not judge us and took us in like family! My bro and I ended up getting one of the green quarter circle booths and got the perfect spot for people watching. Side boobs and badonkadonks were zipping by left and right, and everyone was dressed to impress! Felt like a popular local dating spot. Def would take our own ladies for a date night one of these days. We had the chicken truffle mushroom ravioli and truffle mushroom risotto and the food was pretty good as well. I had made a comment to the waiter how I was dealing with GI issues and prefer the risotto well cooked. She replied and asked whether I would need to lessen the truffle oil. She was so thoughtful and knowledgeable to ask for reduced truffle oil when I did not know about how it might have upset my weak stomach. Kudos looking out for my wellbeing! Will come back to experience the full extent of the menu when I am fully healed!

It was overall nicely done and looked very cohesive. The short rib plate was listed at $36 on 8/29/2025. The meat was tender and well cooked. I enjoyed the protein ratio to the side ratio. The serving size was quite nice for the scale of this restaurant, which was more upscale. My friends had several cocktails and they enjoyed all the varieties they tried. Would def come again for a treat yourself to a nicer dining experience.

We ordered the cheesesteak rolls to start, and I had to try the popular Bubble Bliss drink. When the drink arrived, the waitress made the experience even more exciting by infusing the bubble right on top of it. Shortly after, our appetizer arrived. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the rolls were, as we weren't quite sure what to expect from a cheesesteak roll. When our entrées arrived, every single one of us enjoyed what we ordered, so we decided to share with one another. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. At the end of our meal, I was offered a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a thoughtful touch and a great way to end the evening. Overall, this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. From the beautiful decor that's perfect for taking selfies, to the delicious food and drinks, and down to the excellent service, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a great spot for a date night or to celebrate a special occasion!

Tonight I was hoping to have the seafood Paella, but alas, when I got to the restaurant the menu was changed and in it's place was something I didn't want. The menu hadn't been updated online yet. Bummer. We got the calamari as an appetizer. It was tough. I love tenticles and it was only tubes and they were super chewy. The aoli is good, so at last it gave it a decent taste. I got the lobster bucatini. THe lobster was good. The rest of the pasta was bland. Like it tasted like cream with some tomatoes. NO spices. I tasted nothing whatsoever. If it hadn't been for the amount of lobster that plate would have been an absolute flop. Super boring and they didn't even offer parmesan. My dad got the burger and fries. They were good. I think I like their lunch menu more. Their dinner menu is simply boring to me. Hey chef, would it kill you to use some spices when you cook? sheesh! Definitely not my idea of a place where I would spend $40 on a plate for dinner.

This was actually the first time I visited the entire downtown Roseville area, and I was pleasantly surprised there was a parking garage since all the parking spots in front of the establishment were occupied. We arrived around 1:30PM and observed a fair amount of patrons on a Monday. We were immediately greeted and seated. Loved the decor. After a few minutes mulling over what to get, I ended up getting the French Dip with duck fat fries. I also tried their Divinity Stout. Wow. The food - Amazing! Really enjoyed the French Dip - well sized portion and ended up having leftovers that I was able to enjoy a few hours later ha! The Stout (Divinity) - I need to go back and buy some bottles to go. So good! I'll definitely be back. The one minor gripe was I observed was there weren't any TV's at the bar (from what I can see anyway). I would have loved to head over here as I am writing this review to watch the NBA finals. All good!

The bartender decided to not talk to me for 15 minutes at least. I watched him slowly make somebody else's drink, leave the bar and just go chitchat with people that were already there drinking beer and having food and then disappearing into the kitchen. So rude. I will not be giving my money back to this place monk cellar again. I truly hope people read this review.
