After waiting close to another half hour for the cab, it finally showed up. It was a tiny Prius and instead of just being for me as promised, the driver squeezed two other people into the cab. More than two hours after landing, I finally was home. It literally took me longer to go from FLL to Boca than it did to fly from Virginia to Florida. A thoroughly disappointing experience.

This forced all passengers to take Ubers so they didn't miss their flight at another local airport. The company proceeded to state that we were in the wrong when in fact they are just beyond incompetent, the driver does not listen to the passengers, and they can't follow directions. AVOID at all costs. I travel for a living and this is the first bad review I have ever left and it is only because I don't want anyone to make the same mistake I did.
