It was honestly one of the best Filipino dining experience I've ever had!! It was really amazing to dee a Filipino event that features authentic dishes along with a live music (2nd Verse Band.) Hosting this event at a winery in the heart of LA made it even more special! It was really nice to see Filipino culture represented and celebrated in such a beautiful setting. Huge shoutout to Chef Jo, Chef Peter and Chef Alem for putting together an amazing menu filled with dishes you don't typically find at most Filipino restaurants like the Picanha with Salpicao sauce, Pata Tim, and Cebuchon.
