Nice, cozy coffee shop. We buy high quality beans from here to make cold brew. Stop by and try a latte!

I feel like I'm visiting my families house if they roasted their own beans! The best coffee in Fort Lauderdale with the sweetest family running the business!

Space is very small but it's cute. It's there home with a store front it seems. I didn't have any food this visit, not sure if they actually have anything to eat or if it's just coffee.

I love making espresso at home so I was hunting for locally roasted beans. Calusa was one of the first ones that popped up. Gave their coffee a try and fell in love. They offer a selection of different beans. My go to is their Brazil which is also usually the one they serve in store. The shop itself is a cozy spot with some indoor and outdoor seating (there is a back yard as well). My wife and I come often and will continue to. Luis and his team are warm and welcoming. They also have some pastries for sale that pair well with their coffee. If you're a local you prob already know about this place but if you are visiting, make it a point to get coffee here.

Fantastic out of the way coffee place with friendly service that's literally in someone's home ( it's a repurposed 1950s ranch house) 5 star food beverage: incredibly good in house roasted coffee. The regulars keep coming back for the amazing coffee 5 star service: the staff are generally sweet, free spirited hipsters (hipster in a good way, not as a veiled criticism : ) 5 star ambience: it's located off a dead end side access road near Commercial and i95. Slightly hard to find but use gps. The cool ambience of the repurposed 1950s tract house adds to the charm

Delicious coffee at an in-house roaster! We walked in and it felt like a cool home, chill vibes and smelled so good. We met the owner Luis who answered all our questions with enthusiasm, cool guy. There's an outdoor area with lots of seating. Free parking, lots of things to look at inside while you're enjoying your coffee. They have some baked goods from a local bakery. Good steady stream of locals coming in getting their coffee to go, happy to see!

We decided to go on a coffee adventure! A new hobby for me is to try as many coffee shops as I can!!!! I've seem to find someone who loves coffee as much as I do. :))) This location is a MUST!!!!! Coffee DELISSSSSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!! The ratings say it all, if you have not stopped by for coffee here then you need to. You can smell the beans. Such cute decor. Wish it was closer to my home. Had such a nice relaxed time enjoying my coffee with great company. Happy. Peaceful. Great convo. Walking in you feel the positive aura. A MUST visit if in the area.

Cool spot, didn't expect the inside to be this nice. They roast their own coffee as well. Always glad to support a local roaster, and try new coffees. Will be back again!

Impromptu stop off of 95 & what a great choice. Walked in to a cozy vibe with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. My iced latte was delicious and my husband gave his latte a solid thumbs up. High quality bean is evident here and hope to return on another impromptu 95 stop next time the road leads south.

Always seeking a good coffee house no matter where I am at. One of sofl better places. Coffee is their pride and joy...demonstrated by their process. Poi-over is my preferred method of enjoying coffee. I'm grateful places like this exist. Limited items to eat (sometimes none at all) but coffee remains the primary focus thankfully.

I stopped by here earlier today with my wife and twins for our morning coffee. Whenever our family is traveling, we always try to hit up local coffee shops and on this day we went to Calusa Coffee Roasters. This coffee shop is a pretty nondescript location right off E Commercial Blvd. There is a decent amount of outdoor seating, both covered and uncovered which is good because the inside is rather small. There is also a "secret garden" around the back which is peaceful and has plenty more seating. Inside there was a place to order with some food inside cloches and then some couches. For our coffee on this morning I went with a large latte while my wife went with an iced caramel latte. The coffee here ended up being really good as it was bold and rich. It stood up to the milk and you could really taste it on the finish which I loved. My wife's caramel latte was also really good with the sweetness from the caramel and that same great coffee taste at the finish. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Our barista was nice and the coffee was great!

A really cute local coffee shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and created such a warm and welcoming environment. They had their two dogs in the shop who were the sweetest little additions. It was also really quick service and overall just a really nice vibe. It's a perfect spot to grab a quick coffee or to do work at. I didn't try any of the food but will have to next time.

Lol One Saturday after a horrible breakfast experience, we decided to do another drive by and noticed the doors open. So we parked and proceeded to go in. We were immediately greeted by Manny, the owner. He had just opened up and was getting ready to start his day. Felt kind of bad walking in but he was gracious enough to give us a tour of the shop and even explained the roasting process and what each machine did. As if the tour wasn't enough, he even offered to give us a private cupping session. It was so awesome! We learned the proper way to make coffee and had the opportunity to try some. Ended up tasting the Ethiopia and Colombia. The Ethiopia was nice, light, and had an interesting flavor. It was like tea and I enjoyed drinking it as is. The Colombia was also tasty but on the bolder side. Fun Fact: did you know... bitter tasting coffee can be caused by the water being too hot or by over steeping. Delicious coffee... Super nice owner... recommend stopping in and getting your bag of beans! This location is not a shop! Lol But they welcome customers to come in to buy coffee bags and hang out.
