They have three wells to draw from but no bottles for the people who are hoarding. They sold me our five as we took bottles for refilling. They also completely refuse to acknowledge any requests and fail to follow up to any response they have. Please god do not ever, ever use this company for anything, because you will regret it. They did contact me a bit ago telling me that I had not returned the water cooler, to which I responded that I would wish to buy it. They told me that I would get an email in which I could use to pay for the machine. They never did send that email. I'm still waiting for it. I called to complain on 5/19 and was told our account was being transferred (no previous warning) and they couldn't help or start a ticket. This was after being on hold for about an hour, so I requested to speak with a manager to request a call back and sat on hold another 20 minutes to be disconnected. I called back 5/20 and sat on hold for over an hour before the phone was answered. I was informed an adjustment request to refund the erroneous charges would be processed within a week and a no charge pick up would be scheduled to collect our 15 empty bottles of water. I called back 6/5 to be informed the adjustment request was never entered. I was sent to a supervisor who gave me a confirmation number and assured me that it had been processed by her. That supervisor then scheduled a unit pick up for 6/10 and promised to call me on 6/11 to complete the closing of our account after all this trouble. I sit here now on hold (57 minutes and still no answer) because we just received our monthly statement with NO refund of the billed services that were NEVER completed in March April and May, the free delivery fee that WAS indeed charged to our account, and for water delivery that was not supposed to happen as I had requested for the account to be closed!

I got a call saying they were delivering Wednesday. Tuesday we drain the pool. I get a call Tuesday from fortner water they were moving delivery to Saturday because they were under contract with pool places in Terre haute. I have a new liner having at this point and I'm pissed. How do you do that as a business owner. If you can't deliver don't say you can. I will always call water wagon if I need water. Fortner water needs to go out of business if they want to treat people like this.
