Of course, after so many years of visiting this fitness club, it would be nice to see some updates -- renovations, new features, or refreshed spaces. On the negative, the facility (building) and equipment need some TLC. Have observed cardio equipment (Ellipticals and treadmills) have repair tags for a very long time. During the day when not crowded that's a non-issue but during peak hours it's frustrating. And there's plenty of black mold in the men's locker room in the ceiling above the showers and in the grout lines of the showers between tiles. I think that's a pretty unhealthy thing! Overall, the place feels rundown and far from inviting. This location just isn't a pleasant or motivating environment anymore.

Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time I'm in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar'23. It was absolutely ridiculous trying to cancel my membership. A week after signing up, I decided to…read moreconvert a spare room into a home gym and attempted to cancel. Instead of offering a reasonable early termination fee, they told me I would have to pay the entire 2-year contract balance to cancel. Fine. I accepted the contract terms and made sure to cancel when the 2-year agreement ended. Fast forward two years -- I discovered they had continued charging me for FOUR additional months after the contract expired, at an increased rate. I called the gym directly, spoke with the manager, and was told they understood the situation and would process the cancellation and refund the post-contract charges. A month later? Still charged. I had to dispute the charges through my bank. Then I received a call from their third-party billing company, ABC Financial, demanding payment. They claimed I never submitted a written cancellation request and that cancellation requires 30 days' notice -- meaning I'm responsible for the disputed charges, additional charges during the "pending" period, and even their so-called annual "club enhancement fee." This process is intentionally difficult. There is no cancellation option in the app. You can't cancel directly through the gym. You're forced to go through a third-party finance company with rigid technicalities designed to keep charging you. Extremely frustrating experience. Be very cautious before signing a long-term contract here.

Everything feels smooth, controlled, and dialed in. If something breaks, it's fixed promptly. There's also equipment there I've never seen before until now that really comes in clutch when you want to train a movement a certain way.
