Best move ever - I've probably been through 10- 12 in the last 25 years. Team arrived within time window - Team was polite, dressed professionally, positive, and well spoken. They moved furniture around doorways as if they had gyroscopes or something in their brains so they saw all the possible angles and NEVER touch a piece of furniture to a wall or molding. I have some B I G pieces. They rocked it! Price was as promised AND they adjusted it on the spot for some items that were no longer in the move. They thought they had broken something - but really it was already that way, twice, they kindly asked me to look things, as if I might be upset. So empathetic! Was it Leaders' hiring, training or both? Team took their time - took a bit longer than expected though did everything the RIGHT way. Today I experienced the best moving crew I've ever had! Friendly, efficient, flexible and careful with my things. Never used Leaders before. From the start, my phone and e-mail contacts with Taylor were friendly and helpful. She's the reason I chose Leaders, just from these contacts. When moving day came, Andrew, Kevin and Diondre pulled in at my house. This move was/is part of a painful time for me and, as we began to chat, the emotion must have showed. Kevin said, "it'll be ok, we got you." He was right. These guys not only made me smile with their down-to-earth friendliness, a little silliness and occasional dancing or singing en-route to rooms, but they also treated me with great respect and treated my belongings with great care. They were such good sports about the FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs up to my apartment. I contacted Leaders moving to move a few pieces of furniture from one apartment to another in Cincinnati. The staff was polite, responsive, and worked with my needs. They quoted me the lowest price compared to several other companies. They also did not require me to pay for a minimum amount of time. I asked when booking to have as early of a time as possible and was given 8-9am! The movers, Jason and Todd, arrived early within the allotted time slot. They were polite and professional. It took them less than ten minutes to load my furniture and about the same to unload it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and over in less than an hour. I just used Leader's Moving to move from a townhouse to a new house. Our movers were nice and great to deal with. We went with this company because they were recommended by a family member who also recently moved. I like that their quote is based on how much stuff you have to move, not how long it will take. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I didn't like that I had to wait until the day before my move to find out what time they would be arriving. We were trying to have furniture delivered that same day too, so it would have been better for us to plan our day if they would have confirmed our appointment time in advance (longer than the day before). Marino (3295) and JP (3266) did an excellent job moving all of our furniture. When they arrived we walked through the house and went over everything that was to be moved out. After we went through the list they moved everything without incident. When we arrived at our new house, again we went over where everything would go and they put everything exactly where it needed to be. We had some very heavy items that they moved without issue. I had a great move this week with Leaders Moving & Storage. The staff was polite, careful, and very efficient. They even offered to help me take luggage and other items that were not part of my move out to my car. One of my drop-off locations had difficult stairs leading to the basement and I was worried about getting some of the larger pieces of furniture down the stairs. My movers were determined to accommodate that request and managed to move everything to where I wanted. My family needed to move my mom our of one assisted living facility and into another. We were given two days' notice, but Leaders was able to squeeze us in. Because of restrictions due to the pandemic, the facilities required the movers to wear masks and submit to temperature checks and a screening. I have moved many times in my life and my expereince with Leaders Moving was by far the best. Chad and Dekota were polite, helpful, and effecient. I recently used Leaders for my move. They moved myself and my sister (we lived in separate apartments in the same complex). I cannot say enough good things about this company. First, you cannot beat the price. They don't kill you with hourly rates. They charge by the piece and they are very reasonable. Lowell and Cordarro were excellent.
