He set up an appointment for the installers to come and take my old furnace and air conditioner out and install the new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome. Made sure they put plastic down on my carpet. And if there was something that needed to be cleaned up, they vacuumed it up. They were so friendly and polite and did a awesome job. Also Irvin explained to me that there was safety things that needed to be added on the furnace and air conditioner. The installers were awesome and explained to me what they needed to do for safety reasons. Also the thermostat was too small for me to read. So they sent out a technician to fix the problem with the heat coming out of the furnace. He also replaced the thermostat with a bigger one. Also everytime I called for something, the ladies who answered the phone, were also amazing and made sure to send out the person that needed to fix the problem.
