This has to be the worst company Ive ever dealt with. I am trying to get my annual filter change and cannot get hold of anyone. I bought mine out of Columbus Ohio and have been on hold a total of 2 hours the past 3 days of calling. I have left my call back number and sent 2 emails asking for an appointment but not a reply. If you do have a leaf system make sure you find out what filters to use and buy them yourself. I also have the UV lamp and once I find out who to purchase that from I wont have to deal with these people ever again! read more

Sales team was nice but a bit pushy. Price went from almost $11000 for a system to $4600 if I would "sign up today".

Knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to explain everything until I felt comfortable with information. No hard pressure sales. Quick response to phone call. Installation was fine and in a timely manner. Water much better than before. No problems thus far. Much better price than other companies who required adding salt. read more

**Do not waste your time or money!!!** I have had this product for **two years**, and in that time, I've had **11 service calls**. Guess what? It still doesn't work! Every time they come out, I'm told that my water system is "working" or that I just need to "use more salt" -- which is absolutely **not true**. One time, a representative even came out and spent the entire visit bragging about his **master's degree from BGSU**, as if that somehow made up for the fact that the product is a complete failure. It's been a frustrating cycle with no resolution. Now, I'm stuck dealing with their **escalation team**, because all I want is for this **piece of crap system to be removed and refunded**. It's been nothing but a headache, and they've done absolutely nothing to make this right. Do yourself a favor and **stay far away** from this product and company. read more

They improperly installed the UV tank onto my basement wall into a motor joint without supporting it causing a cracked wall!! Took months for anyone to call me back, stating any BS in hope I just would stop calling!! Beware of closing your BBB compliant...Leaf finally gave me a claim number as they finally were making things right and then ghosted me for weeks only to state they deny my claim as installer states their was previous damage!! So now I cannot report a duplicate complaint so that's how it appears they work with you on any concern!! I have a recorded call from regional installer stating how they are to distribute weight from tank with plywood before screwing into a blocked wall ect and sent to Bettercall4 in hopes they blast how many ppl they have burned!! this is by far the worse company and product I have ever experienced. I never take the time to write reviews. I am hopeful someone will read this and NOT use them. Product does not work and it's been hell to return. They don't service our area for Technical or customer support AFTER it was already installed. I had a third party come to test our water to verify Leaf's system is not working. It's not. It's garbage. They are a dishonest company. Very very sad. Do NOT use! I was a potential customer. We are building our retirement house out in the country. It is a three-hour roundtrip drive with no traffic. They wanted me to meet them down there at 6:00 PM and confirmed that they had directions. OK fine. I reiterated to them that it would take me at least an hour and a half to get there. I arrived at 5 PM and waited around until 6:30 PM with no one from Leaf showing. I called them to find out if the representative was going to show or not. I was told that at 4 PM someone had cancelled my appointment. No one bothered to contact me to let me know. I was promised that the operations manager would call me the next day to get this straightened out. You guessed it, no one ever called me to follow up. The wife and I decided that with this kind of poor business practice, there is no way we are going to take a chance with these people and then not get support or product for something we bought through them. read more

The inspection and installation were all handled very professionally (and quickly)!! We requested a quote on Saturday, and by Tuesday of the same week our water solution was installed. And we have loved the results. We aren't buying bottled water anymore; the taste and quality of our tap water is so greatly improved. read more

Was sold a 7600$ full house salt free system. Sales man explained I had chloroform, chlorine, bacteria, cancer causing chems, the hardest water, and 650-700 ppm total dissolved solids (EPA standard is 500 or less). Scared from the results of my water test, I decided to invest in clean water. I wanted to take care of the hardness and have water my family could drink as we are spending a fortune on bottled water. Sales man said with the sink Ultra Filtration system and salt free house system, I would quote "have bottled water quality water". A week in, my UF system is still tasting weird and the water smells odd + it's super cloudy. I called twice and had the original installer (who was wonderful- but it should be noted he's a private contractor they hire to install). He said the filter needed to run longer and the cloudiness would go away. 3-4 weeks in, same thing. I call and they send the maintenance manager out who can't give me any info regarding warranty or return period and knew very little about water quality. They tested for TDS and it showed my TDS was still 650 from the UF system, my tap and my fridge. He told me to wait a couple months and see if the total dissolved solids got better as the pipes clean out. Upon further investigation I found out that an ultra filtration system is the wrong system for such a high total dissolved solids, the salesman should've sold me on a nano filtration system or a reverse osmosis system to remove such high concentration of dissolved solids since an ultra filtration system does not remove them. Furthermore, they sold me on a system that removes iron/uses a UV light to remove bacteria. Kinetico and two other companies were shocked to hear I spent almost 8k on an iron/UF system when I live in Blacklick and have city water. All companies quoted me 5000 or less to meet my water needs. I have called twice now and opened two tickets with their call center staff, and waited a week+ for someone from Leaf to respond to my inquiry about why I was sold a system that didn't fit my needs, and told by the salesman and installer that I would have "water bottle quality water", and I still can't even drink my water due to 200+ ppm above EPA standards of TDS, all after spending $7600... Absolutely unacceptable, I just wanted suitable drinking water for my 5 yo son but was sold on a system that doesn't meet my water quality needs and given the run-around when I asked questions to the maintenance department , Nate. I finally asked to speak to operations manager, Dave (maybe Dan) in columbus but he has yet to return my call and no one will send me an email so I can report my dissatisfaction. I am appalled by the customer service I've received after spending several thousand dollars (paid cash/in full). read more
