DO NOT COME HERE!!! WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME! Decided to treat my fiancé, our good friend and myself to what we thought would be a nice , relaxing one hour massage. Wrong!!! So it's $50.00 for a "60 minute massage" so they claim. Our massages started at 8:50 pm ( I timed it) and ended at 9:33 pm so technically we got a 43-45 minute massage. My masseuse is probably the only reason I would even give this place a star because if I could give this place no star at all I wouldn't. The main lady managing the place is really loud, as everyone else that worked there. She took my fiancé and my friend to the back in and put them each in their own an actual room, she put me in the main entrance/ lobby with curtains around the bed. 5 minutes into my massage as I am trying to relax all I can hear is her cell phone going off mind you it's not a regular ringtone it's literally a song and it went off a few times and yea she answered. Then all I can hear is her having a full on loud conversation with who she said was a "client" when I confronted her after my "massage" It's unfortunate that there is so many bad things about this place that I honestly feel can be changed if this place had better management and if she is the owner she should hire someone professional to run in for her. They were talking way too loud and laughing way too much in a a place that people go because they want to be in a peace and quiet environment while they get their full hour massage that they pay for! I can understand why everyone who worked there were so unprofessional because the person managing it doesn't set a very good example of what a professional massage parlor should be like. I just walk by this plaza after work, there are 2 old ladys, One of the lady who from Shenyang took care of me. During 20mins, she asked me if I wanna the hot stone, and oil, I said yes. After another 20mins she asked me if I need do extra 15mins, I said yes, but she charge me for $20 dollars! Am my math bad?? After all, she asked for the tips and extra charge for hot stone and oil! I absolutely love this place! I am a powerlifter so my muscles are overworked and really tense. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Massage therapist are always friendly and professional. This is a new massage spot that opened in the Starbucks plaza. I decided to give it a shot since I really needed one. I called and made an appointment for 15 minutes later. They were able to accommodate my request of a female masseuse, too. The place was very well kept and smelled wonderful. The main room is separated by a curtain. The opposing side is home to 4 massage chairs. There are no separators in between. I was lucky enough to be the only client there at the time. I generally don't doze off when getting a massage, but Anna was that good. (I almost did until the helicopter and sirens pass through. Gotta love my hood!) The pressure was perfect and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I left there relaxed and happy. Will return. I dont know how to start, I went in here for a massage because when I called my other massage place they said they relocated here. When I walked in a lady started telling me prices and I paid for a one hour massage. While I was in the room for the first 30 minutes she was rubbing oil on my back and just rubbing my back just back and forth as if I was a wall. She wasn't even massaging my back at all but was only rubbing it. After she told me to flip over she started rubbing me on my stomach putting pressure one my stomach as if they never thought her in massage school not to do that. She was keep on rubbing me from chest to tow back and forth, not even putting pressure. I don't think she even knew how to massage people and I think so that she is un licensed. She rubbed me so hard it's an hour later and my stomach is in pain and hurts. About the new Covid-19 I don't even think they know what it is. The room I was in was dirty and filthy as if they don't care and when I left I told the lady "your going to change the sheets." All she said was "lysol, I lysol." Lysol is FDA approved to killed covid-19 but come on and change the sheets out after each person. This place was the worst massage place ever. By worste I mean by cleanliness, price, and work ethic. I was also asked to add the tip before the massage, OK, it was $50, I went to put $8 which is 16%, she wrinkled her nose, "That's All", so I put $10. This place is in a mini-mall, and they barely speak English (or pretend not to). Simple things like time, oil or lotion--huge challenge, so forget explaining the issue with your shoulder! Went here because of the great reviews it has. I asked for the 1hr full body massage which apparently doesn't include shoulders or neck which were the two parts I was looking to get massaged. It was an ok massage and I paid upfront. When the massage was done (10 mins b4 the full hour) she pretty much stood between the door and I and ASKED for a tip, which I thought was rude. Today, I came in. During check-in I was told the massage was $50, payment due prior to service. When I pulled out a credit card, Amy rolled her eyes at my credit card and said "$20 tip required. I'll run it on your card now, yes?" I say no three times and further explain I will tip appropriately given the massage. Amy and the receptionist continue to try and persuade me. After having a combative conversation with both Amy and the receptionist, I finally decided this place is not worth my business and I left. I ask who the owner is. They tell me, "I don't know." They charged me $3 to use my debit card & charged me prior to my massage. The massage was mediocre. After I was ready to leave she asked for her tip & I get it, I should've brought cash, but if I wouldn't have been charged at the beginning I would've been able to tip on my card at the end. She said tips were the only way SHE got paid so I said okay. She then charged me another dollar to use my card and told me to bring cash next time. We came in for a $25 60 mins foot reflexology and it came with fantastic head, back, hands and body massages! My masseuse was amazing. I forgot to ask for his name but I would come back 100 times for this man. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in. I really, really hate to give only one star but I had the worst massage of my life here. My massage therapist left the room on three different occasions in the middle of the massage, I was lathered with far too much oil and they had absolutely no sense of where my muscles were in relation to my bones. They rolled over my spine continuously with the boney part of their forearm and I was just waiting for the time to tick away so it could be over. I think the massage therapist really did try hard to their credit, they were breathing heavily and putting their body into it but they just weren't intuitive at all. At the very end they brought back a cloth towel which had been heated but by the time it hit my skin was already starting to cool off. I was being rubbed down with a scratchy lukewarm/cool towel and felt so bad afterwards that I cried on the way home. The only real positive note was that everyone I spoke with there was very polite. I just physically felt awful when I left. read more

The first time I went there I had this massage therapist her name was Vivi or Wiwi who did a good massage but nothing great so I gave her $10 tip. The 2nd time I went there I asked for her again and asked for 90 min massage. But this time it was just ok and felt that 90 mins was just like an hour of massage so again I gave her a $10 tip. When I handed the tip she looked at me and said " For 90 mins massage just $10 tip" and I was just like wth? What do you expect me to hand you $20?
