Prepping for an out of town trip and I needed something…read more.. Grainger is know for industrial supplies and I happened to go to their website and looked for an item that I needed in two days. I could have gone with the online companies and pay for next day shipping or try to look for the item in question in a brick and mortar establishment. Ok you twisted my arm I needed an eyeglass lanyard to keep my sunglasses/spectacles safe just in case I fell in the water... going on a water adventure in Rouge River, OR. Any hoot I perused the Grainger website and to my surprise I found the item I was looking for. I called the 800 number to make sure that the location nearest me had it in stock. I called in the afternoon and they had it in the warehouse the next day. I arrived at the facility and social distancing was practiced and I didn't know that I could have picked up my order curbside... It was quick and painless so don't dismiss Grainger for your needs you'll never know they may actually have it.

I contacted the company immediately to resolve the issue or exchange the product, and they refused. Their excuse was that it was a closeout item and they "can't take it back." That's unacceptable. Closeout does not mean you can sell a clearly defective product and then refuse to stand behind it. Selling bad material and then denying responsibility is not how a reputable business operates. Now I'm stuck with hundreds of square feet of unusable flooring and no support from the seller.

After checking out a few countertop fabricators, we decided to go with Sicilian Marble and Granite…read morefor our countertops. Lilliana was amazing. She met us at a warehouse to look at slabs of quartz, helped us make decisions about color, layout, and design. She was never once pushy and let us wander and discuss different slabs before finally making our decision. In the end, she saved us a lot of money by figuring out how to fabricate our countertops with one slab instead of two slabs. Her team was efficient in measuring our cabinets, laying out the template, installing the plywood countertop and installing the quartz. Lilliana allowed us to come and lay the templates out on our piece of quartz and help decide how it would fit and look in our kitchen (she is a pro; she did the majority of all the work and she did it very well). She was meticulous with designing the layout and making sure the veining in our slab would flow nicely from one piece to the next. We are very happy with our countertops and if we had to do it all over again, we would not change a thing!
