Our hot water heater went out. DR quoted us for replacing the heater with a tankless heater…read more Their first open appointment was a week later. During that time we were without hot water. Come the day DR promised to be here they failed to show up. When we called their only excuse was "there was a mixup". We called Elvis with CA Plumbing. Elvis showed up right away, got our hot water heater working immediately, and quoted us a $1,000 less than DR Plumbing to install the same tankless heater.
