We had a great time. Dana and her mom are AMAZING. They are fun and attentive and encouraging. Dana does a great job of teaching how to make staircases out of cheese, and salami flowers. At this point I feel like most of us have gone to Aldi and bought all the ingredients to make a decent charcuterie board, but you will totally learn how to take your boards to the next level, by paying attention to color and where the product was made, with one of these classes. The space is great, too. You can also get wine and sandwiches and cheeses, etc in the store - because it's important to know your ingredients before you introduce them to others. Two spacious, gender neutral bathrooms made me ever-so-happy. More than enough room to fit my entire chair into the space, including my careperson. Love this. Go check them out.

If they change their menu up and actually add some flavor to the sandwiches besides the meat and a ton of bread and less MAYO I would recommend this place but until then. They shouldn't be catering to any business, company small or big. It's not worth the money.

Overall, this is a nice place to grab a bite after walking or biking the trail. There is 30 minute parking for customers - apparently the employee told a friend of ours that they do tow away cars (I guess of hikers) but I don't know how much they enforce the time aspect.

There were soup/salad, soup/sandwich, or salad/sandwich options. When I inquired, the cashier had to take it to a manager. Well, the manager was great and created the combo for me on the spot! Kudos for excellent customer service! After I placed a to-go order for a salad and chicken salad sandwich, I meandered the venue looking at the items for sale. There was plenty to keep me occupied as it took a while for my order to be prepared. Unfortunately I didn't like the chicken salad, so thus did not finish my wrap.
