He nonchalantly pointed to an area that did not store any of the beverages. Then, I asked a second employee. (She did not speak English.) She steered me to Customer Service. Finally, I approached the manager at Customer Service about the issue. He argued with me, stating that the energy drinks were in Aisle 18. I challenged him, walking him to Aisle 18 to prove the energy drinks were not there. The manager failed to take responsibility for his mistake. He also failed to apologize for the inconvenience. Don't go to this store unless you like to be disrespected.
