She did not disclose any of this to us. Other people have told me she did the same thing to them, and she did not disclose any of this. Our two pets showed very high anxiety when we arrived home and they neighbors told us they had seen different vehicles and different people in our driveway coming in and out of our home all week. What a shock! Please save yourself the trouble of hiring pet sitters that do not work alone. Make any pet sitters promise they will not send anyone else in, and certainly not total strangers you don't even know into your home. How deceitful! Our dogs showed very high anxiety when we reached home, and one of them was sick for several days. Susan's TLC was not honest with us at all, however, we have found there are many wonderful pet sitters here in Sun City and Georgetown, TX who do the work alone. We have found several that really do care about animals. Please call the veterinarian offices to find one? And then have that special person get to know your pets personally before you leave. Your pets will feel far more secure and will not be afraid of who is going to enter your home when the sitter come to feed and play with them. Make sure your pet sitter promises you they will not let any other people into your home, including relatives, and that that they will do the job by themselves (not hiring a stranger) to take care of your pets while you are away. Then pay and tip well so they feel appreciated. This is my best advice for getting a "great" pet service. Thanks!

Texted emailed multiple times about the cancel and when I could expect it. No response. This is completely unprofessional and I am so disapointed. We love Betty!! I spent the first year of my dogs life grooming him myself...it was an ordeal every…read moretime. The process would take 3 hours and I'd split it into multiple days because neither him nor I could do a full 3 hour session at once. I said all that to say that I wish I would've gone to Betty sooner! I got my dog Beast in 2022 and for some reason it was really hard to find a groomer--no one was taking on new clients. I scheduled my appointment online with Wholesome Doodle, answered a few questions and uploaded a few pics of what I wanted Beast's cut to look like. I was able to get aN appointment fairly quickly. Upon meeting Betty, she felt around for mats and helped me come up with a mat that would be best for Beast. Unfortunately, we had to shave him down pretty low during his first grooming appointment, but that was no one's fault but my own. Things got In the way and I didn't brush him as regularly as I should've and many mats formed. Following the appointment she provided us with a folder with care and maintenance tips for his coat. Be aware before booking here…read more The communication is extremely poor -- calls go unanswered, and it's nearly impossible to get a clear response from anyone. The staff is not only unhelpful but also comes across as impolite and dismissive when you do manage to reach them. What's even more concerning is the lack of management. No one seems to be in control or able to handle basic customer service situations professionally. I've taken all three of my pets here and spent over $6,000 in just three months, so this isn't coming from a one-time visit. Despite that, the only thing I was told when trying to resolve the situation was that the staff member is "commission-based" and wouldn't get paid -- as if that should be my responsibility. This is especially frustrating considering my pet had just undergone surgery at this same location and was not even allowed to have a bath. I canceled the appointment within 24 hours for that reason, yet they still attempted to charge me. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would not trust them with my pets or my time.
