For a mani- pedi I specified I didn't want anything extra, so I didn't want to be overcharged ( normally I get charged $37 + tipsmani- pedi) I will not be going back to this place - however for the overcharged $90 my manicure Nails were uneven and the paint came out within a few hours on one of the Nails- unfortunately am sadly outraged and really unhappy. I have been going here for a long time and it was always a pleasant experience, but 3 weeks ago I came here and did a pedicure right before my vacation. I got the callus removal like I always do and it was really painful, but I thought that is just what they use. I came home and I noticed the back of my ankle was bleeding. The skin was totally removed. The whole time on my vacation I was in pain and when I went back they told me that I shouldn't do callus removal. Mind you, that's the first time this ever happened to me. Since then, it got infected and 3 weeks later it is still not healed. Just be careful! read more

I got my my nails done (Apres Gel-X extensions) at a different nail salon yesterday but was so disappointed... There was so much build up underneath the nail, and when I asked them to remove some of the excess they said there wasn't anything they can do without damaging the nail. So today after work, I walked over to Leann's Nail Spa to see if they could help with my situation, and they could! Even though I didn't have an appointment, Skylar took care of me immediately and took her time to make my nails look so clean and beautiful. I went in to remove my gel manicure right before new years and simply leave with normal nails. They were so busy doing their own nails they basically barely removed my gel and hardly buffed and polished them and left them with layers of gel/ glue on my nailbed. I thought that was normal as i never get gel manicures. They left them dried out and really horrible looking and barely even soaked them. I asked if they could just put at least a coat of clear on them and they looked at me like i was asking for a lot. Turns out, when i went back to my nail place, they asked what happened to my hand nails ( they were doing my toes as i thought my nails were supposed to look like that for a while) and they said, NO WAY!!!! They buffed and polished them like normal and trimmed them and now, they look perfectly normal as they probably should have that day if the salon cared at all. Ps. I did pay for the gel remover service and tipped! Nope, never again! read more

After work I called them to ask if they have availability for a regular manicure and luckily they had. It worked well and they literally take me in and out so quick! I got a gel manicure within 40 mins. I don't know why they offered me gel, but I guess it's better for design work. I've got charged 50 bucks, so not bad, but I have someone doing design work for 48 bucks- compare to that design, it wasn't much of a design for me. I wouldn't like to get charged extra $15 for this kind of design, cause in my opinion design is any additional coat or work on top of the colors- so 3D drops or drawings etc. Don't get me wrong I appreciate the effort and time management but when I do design work, it's 3D and you can feel a layer on top of it, then $15 is definitely worth it. Anyways my nails weren't even and generally speaking when it comes to manicure I've not find a great manicure place in LA. Coloring and designing yes, but cleaning and have a basic manicure no. So if you know please let me know! Oh one thing; I asked if she can do 2 coats and she said no- I think if I want 2 coats it shouldn't be hard to get. But anyways, it's good for a regular manicure and to save the day it's great as you can walk in and be done fast enough! I can be back for a regular mani pedi. read more

I feel like a 8 year old did my nails. I'm so disappointed. I asked for something so simple and they couldn't even manage to keep the gel polish off my skin. I asked several times for her to fix it but then I just gave up. Terrible job. I had a manicure/pedicure and eyebrow wax today. I used to frequent this place under the previous management and I believe it has gotten worse. Today, my manicure and pedicure polish is ruined within 3 hrs of getting my nails done. I waited 20 minutes for it to dry, and they looked fine when I left. They also looked fine for the first hour, but then while doing normal things the paint started to push back and get grooves on several on the nails. Even the toes! Usually the toes last a week! I wore flip flops all day too. Something is wrong with the top coat or something. Now my vacation nails are ruined and I have to paint them over again tonight. Very annoying when you pay for nails. I am giving them 3 stars because the eyebrow wax was good and they are friendly. I used to love this place! Manicures lasted at least a few days to get you through your event, but I will have to find a new places. read more

My nail artist of ten years vanished at Covid. My nails are mine with gel on top so I get gel fills. Skyler was recommended to me. She's nice. Her little salon is nice. Her gel fill was a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. I asked her to replace my index nail with a tip as it was cracked and I wanted it straighter. She said it was unnecessary. When I woke up the next day, the crack was back. I put glue to hold until I could run in for a repair. Any manicurist will do this especially if it's their fault. "I don't have time today"...let me call you. I'm still waiting. I'm a very faithful client. I hate switching and moving around. I will continue my search and never return. read more

Just moved around the corner on poinsettia and THIS IS MY SPOT !! Amazing service, fastest and most detailed gel manicure I've ever had in Los Angeles. MY GELS LASTED 2.5 WEEKS THROUGH A BEACH TRIP AND CAMPING TRIP, NO CRACKS OR BREAKS. Leann gel is (I believe $28 for straight up gel!!!) but I get a chrome/halographic nail for $40. That is unheard of for this quality. Ps. I'm out of there in an hour. I've also gotten a pedicure here and their massage chairs are honestly unreal, I would get a pedicure just for the massage. So to recap: - service is very friendly, very fast - quality of manicure/pedicure is as good as it gets (ask for Ivvone) - and their massage chairs are unreal/new - PRICES ARE ALSO UNREAL What more does anyone need to know?
