Grace and Lois were very thorough and careful with our services and my mom upgraded to the Green Tea pedicure. It included a paraffin wax heel treatment, callus removal, green tea scrub, green tea clay mask, and a 10 minute hot stone foot massage - she loved it! I was very rough with my natural, long nails and had two tears in the nail bed. Grace was such an expert - she recommended a few ways to ensure that the nails didn't tear and allowed for me to keep the length. I also loved their color selection - they had beautiful sheer gel colors and also organic, fast drying polish. Another plus - the have a dedicated parking lot and Grace (the owner) also offers facials! I would highly recommend them and I look forward to coming back. read more

Longest lasting pedicure! Here's the rest of the story: with summer around the corner, my toes were ready for special attention. Grace was close to home, with solid reviews, so I made an appointment. The salon is pleasant, light and airy. The people who work there seem attentive and focused on customers vs chatting with each other nonstop. The pedicure was efficient, they didn't try to get me to leave while the polish was still drying, and I was happy with the results. My nails looked great! I meant to leave a review then, and somehow it didn't happen. Meanwhile, time passed, and I just realized that it's been a month since my pedicure and my nails look almost as good as they did that day. That's a first! 10/10 best nail salon experience I've ever had! The nail technicians were so attentive and had very comfortable massage chairs to sit in while waiting for my turn. I got a last minute gel manicure here on a Tuesday afternoon and was very satisfied with my visit! I called ahead and they were able to take me 15 min later. There is a small parking lot in front of the business which was convenient. It seems to be a Korean run business and they also offer other beauty services like Korean facials. I have yet to try one, but seeing how lovely their skin was I want to come back and try. The manicure took about 30-40 min or so? I felt it was done neatly and they were very considerate in helping me find the color I wanted. I will definitely come back. They take card as payment too. Very bad experience. Came for a pedicure and the woman was extremely ruff. It was painful and she even chopped off part of my foot! Let's start from the beginning... I came in and there was 1 customer. Seemed like 2 employees working. I waited at least 20 minutes before she even started b/c the boss man came in and was at the front desk seeming to yell at her about something. Finally she is ready to start my pedicure. Meh.. no biggie. So she starts trying to up-sell me on adding a manicure or bonus pedi options. Typical. She says I REALLY need the exfoliation/callous removal. I've had this done before and I know it doesn't make much difference but I decide to go ahead and add it for $10 extra. She starts clipping my nails and pushing cuticles and she is very rough. then she brings out the cheese grater looking contraption to exfoliate the bottom of my feet. Again sh is very ruff with it and she cut my pinking toe. DEEP. Like removed an entire several layers of skin. It HURT so bad! It is still hurting now and I did this 5-6 days ago! That's why I am writing this review. She never even offered an apology or discount. Just kept working. Even rubbing lotion into it. She was an older lady with short hair. The other employee (younger in her 20's) seemed more sympathetic. But at the end it was a very bad experience. It hurts when I wear shoes, when I don't wear shoes and when I walk. There is another nail place in the building next door, I will go there next time. Not coming back here after the attitude, carelessness and crappy overall treatment. read more

I truly wanted to like this place since it's so close to home. I also love that they are open until 7, so I could do it after/in between work. Unfortunately, I don't plan on returning to this place for a manicure. My manicurist did a great job of shaping and all that. The actual French tip was not great. I repeatedly said I did not want gel (it damages my nails too much). No problem. She does the French tip and I appreciated that she asked before finishing it if it looked ok. Some nails needed work, some were not fully covering, and some had little imperfections. Normally I wouldn't be so crazy about it, but this was for attending a wedding. After the manicure is complete, I happened to glance at the white polish bottle which says gel. Everything else was regular polish, but because of this mistake, we had to redo the whole thing. By this point I'm annoyed but still trying to navigate the situation and work. I was told to stop stressing the manicurist out (I wasn't saying anything, just waiting), that she was a professional of over 20 years, and I said I simply am trying to get a manicure and go back to my day. Manicure round 2 looks better, but she painted one thumb nail the whole pinkish hue (over the white), so it looks a little different from the rest. It wasn't worth arguing about by that point. I asked for them to clean up my nails/fingers which clearly had white polish on them. No discount offered for the mistake/time wasted. Sounds like other people love this place, I guess it didn't work for me so I'll be looking elsewhere the next time. read more

For 9 years now, I, my husband, my mother, my three children have been served only by Grace. I had two appointments booked and made clear the four services that I wanted over the phone, and Grace said they would be able to accommodate. However, when we arrived was a completely different story. The quality of both the manicures and pedicures is shoddy and overpriced. There was not 10 minutes of uninterrupted service. Grace took multiple personal calls on her cell phone as well as business calls. The older lady here is the rudest person I've ever seen. She was very rough with my hands and did not say a single word the entire time. Didn't even ask if she was shaping my nails to my liking and she was shaping it crooked. After she put on my nail polish, you could still see my nails from underneath. It was translucent. She starts putting on the top coat. I told her I can still see my nails, that's not what the sample looked like, and she got mad. I first met her in 2017 when I walked into her shop for a blowout, and found out that she was a skilled esthetician and I came back the next day for a microneedling facial and have not gone to anyone since. my skin texture, and tightness has improved dramatically since going to her and in fact, I believe looks better.
