Their website is user-friendly and making reservations online is a breeze. I would definitely recommend them.

It's fairly spacious on the main level, however, I wouldn't recommend this home, the pictures of how it was vs how it is, are BEYOND deceiving. This goes beyond a bait and switch. How this home is being rented, I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Spending thousands on a rental like this shouldn't come with this many surprises nor lack of empathy or willingness to do something to make it right. We've used Sweet Home rentals a handful of times before this. But won't be using them again. Dirt caked on the baseboards, delaminations, mold on the fold out bed, puppy stains on all the carpet, with quite the smell pushing throughout the house. There are numerous cracks, and holes, delaminating boards, as well as the kitchen ceiling drywall is peeling and falling apart. (And not a little bit) The small bedroom is barely big enough to fit a bed in let alone even change clothes in there, as is the unpictured bathroom. I've used airplane bathrooms that have more room than the upstairs bathroom. Every chair in the living room has rips and tears. There is unfinished projects throughout the home, tripping hazards, dirt everywhere. I'm doubtful this place even got cleaned between our stay and the last guests. This home is hosted by Sweet Home Rentals local to the area. When we took our complaints of mold and the state of the home, we were ignored, the company has zero care about the mold on the bed and in the shower, tears, the general uncleanliness of the house. Seemed they just wanted us to stay out of their hair. Telling us "We are sorry the accommodations weren't up to our standards" While the location is nice for sunsets, be prepared for some unscrupulous characters to be hanging out, walking by, even knocking on your door (Happened twice to us). Not to mention, the homeless individuals we came home to digging around the property. Good luck to the next patrons, we did mop the main areas, got rid of the dirt ring around the carpet in the main room, however, this house needs a lot of refreshing before I'd personally rent it out to other guests. Including the pet urine and general must smell in the upstairs. Needless to say we still love Waldport, and will return, however given the lack of support and the state of this house, Sweet Home completely eroded any ounce of confidence we have in a rental company. I don't trust Sweet Homes' values the experience their guests have. I would not recommend booking this home, and to the next patron, be cautious of Sweet Home rentals as a company. Its in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood not far from the OSU campus. This home had all the amenities you would need for a week long stay - fully amenitized kitchen, huge backyard, plenty of room to spread out after a long day of adventure. In addition, the owner will stock light snacks and breakfast items in the kitchen to get your day started, which was a nice touch. Home was spotless and everything worked as advertised. We will use Fernwood again in our travels to the OSU area!

Areas of the stairs did not have the greenery trimmed back, and at the bottom you have to step through dirty silty water. Those stairs are a lawsuit waiting to happen. - The cement staircases inside the hotel actually had danger signs posted. I fear for older people... Yes, there's an elevator, but.... - No ventilation in bathroom. - The built-in heater screen was filthy and hairy-- possible fire hazard? - the bath/shower had a filthy very used rubber bath mat. No thanks. The 1950s are long gone. The very considerate and well-meaning Doggie gift bag was nice, but someone needs to let the hotel know that hard plastic frisbees break dogs' teeth, the plastic water bottles were not safe BPA plastic, so we just left it behind. Great idea in hospitality, but need an upgrade. So, I had to take away a star.

It also had a well-equipped kitchen with lots of dishes and utensils, more than ample countertop workspace, modern appliances, and two dishwashers, which made it a pleasure to prepare meals and snacks. The very large dining table easily accommodated our group. We appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the state of the art televisions and associated technology upgrades. This is the absolute best vacation rental I have ever experienced, and it made a great family get-together all the better. I highly recommend it.

The layout is perfect for visiting while cooking, and you can get a glimpse of the game on TV at the same time! Bedrooms were all comfortable with King or Queen beds, and each couple had their own designated bathroom. Beds were comfy with lovely linens; showerheads and flow were fantastic; and all lent to restful nights and happy hearts. From our well-equipped "home" we were able to enjoy the Oregon coast from Newport to Florence, many attractions within easy reach. From the Viking oven to the 4 star bed linens this place is heaven I cannot say enough amazing adjectives to describe this beauty "Isabella". The only negative is the property management. Unfortunately you have to go through a company or more accurately a person whom in my opinion does not represent the warmth and beauty of " Isabella" please don't let that stop you or turn you away from staying here, it is merely a detail that is easily forgotten once you walk through the door. You can also only access 4 closets out of the entire home (5 bedrooms). The rest are locked for the owners... PROPERTY MANAGER; has false advertised the property. The listing states game room and garage. There is no game room and the garage is locked. We also had check-in issues with the manager. Our invoice was also incorrectly stated. When questioned we were thrown to the side. When trying to cancel due to COVID we were told no with no explanation. With all these issues I have spent over 10 hours to reconcile with the booking company and the property manager but I have received no more than I am sorry. Bella Beach should be ashamed of their standards to let a listing be false advertised and to list a home at such bad condition, with no remorse to the renter.

How insulting! this was our 20 year anniversary and the only reason we got this place was for the hot tub. we were so disappointed we will never rent from Portoro blue vacation rentals again. Did not support the reservation so I checked out within and hour. This vacation rental company is so bad Airbnb gave me a full refund. That should tell you everything you need to know but I am going to show pictures of this dirty hotel room please try not to be grossed out.
