We have been satisfied customers of Leather Creations from nearly the day they opened their business in 1994 in Sandy Springs. We purchased our first sofa and loveseat that year. We were young professionals who wanted quality top full grain leather furniture that was "Made in the USA" and decided to make our first investment furnishing our home. In 2008, with our expanding family, we realized having leather furniture that was double stitched, had zippered/removable seats, backs, and arms and was a full grain leather with protection was very important to us with young kids and pets. We bought 2 more sofa's...Corinth for me and Geneva (a deep seated option) for my 6'6" husband. In 2010, we finished our basement and ordered a large and beautiful modern Dearborn sectional w/chaise lounge. In 2017, we ordered a custom modern Encino Sofa with extra 4" high backs and remote controlled reclining seats for my husband's work apartment in Charlotte as well as a custom Rebecca Swivel/Glider chair in a Herringbone tweed pattern. In 2024, we ordered all new filler cushions for our 2008 sofa's which had softened over the years and now these sofas feel like new! What we love is how easy it is to care for quality leather. The leather cleaner and conditioner treatment that you can receive with your furniture will help keep it looking new and durable. With quality leather, if you take proper care of it, there is no staining, cracking or peeling like bonded or cheaper leathers. I am not going to talk about the products but rather the service. We ordered 2 chairs in this store for our future home that were supposed to arrive on 6/20, which they did. I clearly remember that the chairs will be in this store for us to pick up, this was convenient being on Mansell road. The chairs arrived but at their storage unit, an hour from where we are and we asked that they move it to the store so we can pick them up. The sales rep refused referring to the contract where the storage address was (we did not read this part as we asked them directly). They were unusually uncooperative referring to the sales and company policy. Bottom line, if you want to order something from Creative Leather, do it in another store, you might be better served. read more

We bought 2 custom leather sofas and 2 club chairs in Hoover Al at Leather Creations in 1996 (I don't think that location is still open). We had them for TWENTY YEARS and they were still in excellent condition 20 years later. We live in Phoenix AZ now. Oh, what I would give if we had a Leather Creations here. It truly was the best Leather furniture we've ever owned. We've been through some high-end expensive leather sofa in the last ten years and had nothing but problems. I had such a great experience at Leather Creations. I wound up purchasing a reclining sofa and chair. I worked with Lee and she made it very easy. I thought I was going to be there all day, because there all so many options you can choose from when getting a sofa, and I'm the worst at making decisions. We purchased our leather couch and recliner from Leather Creations over 10 years ago. The leather on the furniture has held up unbelievably and the customer service has been impeccable. With two adults, two children and three dogs, the furniture gets a lot of use and anytime I needed a tune up such as internal cushions or any other problem they have been more than accommodating. I purchased my set in 2008 and was finally in need of new foam for cushions as mine was finally too soft for my comfort. Walked into the Alpharetta store and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by Mavis. I explained to her the reason for my visit and that I just drove an hour to get there. She got right on my request explaining the procedure to get new cushions ordered, how long I could expect it to take and even brought out the conditioner to see if we could get some scratches either out of the leather or to dull some. She also helped me with the decision of the new standard or extra firm cushion comfort by showing me the difference between the two. She was able to help us with the goal of refurbishing our old sofa that we had previously purchased from them, instead of trying to sell us a new sofa. I purchased my sofa several years ago and they gave me cleaning supplies. I remembered that they said that they would replenish them after using. I went into the Alpharetta location and Lee looked me up in the computer and quickly resupplied my cleaning supplies so that my sofa will continue to look as good as the day we bought it. I also asked about some care for cushions that are a little less firm and she supplied me with some stuffing and how to do it myself! What a great service! Both Lee and Preston made the trip worthwhile providing excellent customer service and really helped us narrow down our selections. We purchased a very expensive sectional a few years ago. I called the store a few times, and never got a return call. Two dates were January 12 and 16, 2021. NEVER got a return call. I even went into store, spoke to a woman who was rude. She said she'd check with factory and get back to me. Well, that was 52 DAYS AGO! Still no call, and frankly they don't need to call because I don't want to deal with a company who treats a customer with no respect. Kim, Thank you very much for completing the repair work on our two loveseats way ahead of schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the work of your team and the quality of the loveseats. We purchased the loveseats in 2006. Prior to the purchase, I looked at many options available from a variety of furniture stores. Leather Creations had the best leather available, but one of the features I especially liked was that each cushion and pillow is removable and could be replaced in the event of the leather getting torn or seriously stained. Another factor I liked was the Lifetime Warranty. We use these loveseats every day, as they are in our main living area. The leather still looks great. However, we noticed the front of each base, under the seat cushions was not as firm as they were originally. I remembered the lifetime warranty, called Leather Creations and was directed to Kim Every, the Manager of Service & Delivery. Kim sent two members of her team to our home to inspect them. They agreed the loveseats had a few springs that disconnected. So, they took them to the shop to do the repairs and returned them sooner than they estimated. Considering the loveseats were used every day for 16 years I was not shocked they needed some maintenance. And, the repairs were covered by the Lifetime Warranty. I am very impressed with Kim and her service team. Yes, we paid a little more for the loveseats up front. However, 16 years later the leather still looks great, and when you consider the lifetime warranty, the investment was a fantastic value. I have no doubt they will last for many more years to come. THANK YOU MS. MAVIS! My husband and I visited this store in search of a leather sofa and possibly a couple of chairs. It was a very quiet Sunday and the perfect time to just browse at our leisure. This store is everything that you will want in a leather shop: huge open floor, beautiful quality leathers and a variety of furnishings. They have plenty of sofas and sectionals but the thing that captured my attention was the new super tall and very cool leather bench. It is taller than a regular chair so it is very easy sitting and it is big enough to accommodate three people. This is the perfect bench for adding additional seating in a family room or in front of the fireplace because it is relatively low profile and won't block your focal point. We had the pleasure of having Ms. Mavis assist us as needed and she was a pleasure. When it comes to Leather Creation's sofas and chairs, they start with a very quality foundation and allow you to build from there, with your preferred leather, your favorite color and your desired cushion density. If money is no problem, you can easily have your dream sofa. This store was just one stop among a list of many but it was easily at the top because of great options, great customer service and wonderful quality. We first tried a Macy's sofa but it wasn't quite what we wanted so we returned it and came here. Leather quality of this sofa is superior to Macy's and has a really nice "hand." Also, the automatic recliner works twice as fast as Macy's so you're not waiting and waiting just to get out of your seat. We were told 8-10 weeks for delivery so at the end of 10 weeks when we had no sofa I called the factory. Kim in customer service said she would go check and call back. She did not call back even when I called her twice. Eventually, our sales rep told us the leather arrived late and it will now be two more weeks. So why didn't anyone inform us of the delay? We were offered a loaner sofa since we had guests coming. That sofa had a bad odor that I tried to wipe off with a little febreeze on a damp cloth, which came up dirty. I also vacuumed under the cushions and got dirt, wrappers, peanut shells, etc. Pretty sure this came out of the employees' break room at the factory. If you're going to offer a loaner, at least please clean it. Due to the odor I would not recommend taking the loaner. We moved it out to our deck to get the stink out of the house. Sofa finally arrived. To compare to Macy's delivery...Macy's literally rolls out a red carpet from your door down the steps to avoid bringing dirt in. They also kick off their shoes. The LC guys just tramped on in bringing yard debris and leaving wet spots on the hardwood floor. Macy's gave us a very nice, large package of leather care products. LC gave us a little packet of two bottles. The LC sofa cost double that of Macy's, but it is of better quality. Just be aware of the high price and long wait time. Also, since their furniture is custom made it cannot be returned, so pick carefully. read more

Leather Creations makes the absolute best furniture. We have had our couch, love seat and oversized chair for over 20 years. It has stood the test of time and was where our kids one out of college and one in grew up. Even 20 years later they still stand behind their stuff and take care of their customers. Just this weekend, I went into the store to request stuffing for some cushions. Just like they promised in 1998, they provide free stuffing for the life of their furniture. My wife and I have been searching for a made in USA leather couch for the last few months. Many say they are made in USA, but if you flip them up you can find a made in China tag on them. So we took to the Internet and found Leather Creations, my wife ordered a catalog. This last holiday weekend we visited their store and was greeted by John Casey a "Leather Specialist". We advised him of what we were looking for and he did his best to guide us the the right direction, providing us with good information on leather. A little wordy (for me) at times, but my wife eats that up, he was very knowledgeable on leather furniture. We purchased a sectional about ten years ago. It was the first sofa that they custom made with both leather and material. They made sure we were completely satisfied and worked with us during the entire process. Mavis was exceptional! It still looks beautiful and we are still very happy with the quality. It was the worth the "extra" we paid for the quality of the leather (so soft) and the durability. Since we were so satisfied, we decided to purchase another sectional & move the older one downstairs. We bought a leather sectional with a high quality leather with some of the seats being recliners. The sectional was made and delivered in the time they had mentioned. Even the delivery staff was wonderful and professional! Unfortunately, there was a tilt to the sofa that is common to reclining seats but we had a specific carpeted square to place the sectional. We needed straight backs for placement between the carpet and the hardwood flooring given the space & placement of other furniture. The staff was wonderful and very understanding when we told them of our dilemma! They told us our business & satisfaction was the most important thing. We re-ordered two completely new couches, a chair and an ottoman for our great room instead. We received full credit for the sectional and they even gave us a discount for the chair & ottoman! Not only does Leather Creations make the best sofas in Atlanta but the service is of the highest standard and they will really work with you to keep you happy despite the custom service. We are very, very pleased and we recommend Leather Creations to anyone! Yesterday I purchased a leather sofa (three recliners installed) from Leather Creations of Alpharetta, GA. It was my second visit before purchasing this sofa. I did my homework and perused the internet and shopped all over the Atlanta area before making my final decision. I wanted quality, leather fabric of the highest grade, lifetime warranty on many of the features including a five year warranty that covered everything from end to end. I worked with Mavis who knew her products. She was the reason I returned to this store to make my final purchase. She worked magic with the numbers and was very fun to work with. In the end what you want is to be treated like you are special, get a high quality product that will last for years and have a great service department in case there is ever a reason you need it. One final note, on the way out, I was introduced to a customer who was picking up the inside backing which is free for the life of the sofa. She informed me she had her sofa for 12 years now and it still looks like new and she was extremely satisfied, what better recommendation can you have than that of a loyal customer.
