When I researched the reviews before arrival. I really hoped to get that five star service, unfortunately in my situation that wasn't the case. I created a design that was to be printed on a house shaped card. I was very excited to do business with this company until the point I asked if I could see a sample of what my print would look like. I work in sales so integrity and being true to your word is very important. I was told that I had to pay for the samples before they could start any design/project work. It did not make sense to me because I would like to SEE what my design looks like to be sure I'm receiving something I'm proud of. The rep who helped me, memo, mentioned that there was no company that offers ANY sample print design before making a payment. I said I was going to do some shopping around and he mentioned if I do find a company that offers this to return and show him proof. After looking on Yelp and Google I found IDGRAPHX in east los Angeles. IDGRAPHX from the bat made me feel like I mattered. They were able to modify, create and print sample cards before there was any talk about payment. Needless to say, I ended up printing 2,000 business cards with IDGRAPHX in east Los Angeles. I returned with the print samples over to LeCards and showed them to Memo. He was quite confused and appalled that I found a company that pre printed the card I wanted and style. He asked me what I would have like to be done and asked him for a 50% for an order of cards but then said he needed to speak to a manager, which I was completely understanding. Then he said that he would print out 100 free business cards for free. A few sentences after, went back on the offer saying he never said those words. My business partner was with me and heard the same offer. I'm not a big fan on being looked at as a fool, but this is an example on how NOT to treat your clients on their first visit. read more

Right away, I appreciate their customer service. I only needed printing services and not design. I had all of my vector files in order but I must of gone back and forth with Uzi a million times trying to get it printed perfectly. I was able to request samples ($5-$10, but held as a deduction of your final cost) to see exactly how these would look before moving into the bulk order. UZI WAS BEYOND HELPFUL! such a pleasant experience. I am super precise/ocd about details and perfection so I'm sure I was alot to handle we got the job done, and we are very happy with the results. The velvet wrap was a suggestion by their team and it was a genius add. The feel and texture the wrap created is incredible. So many compliments from our recipients. I know this is an old review, but I wanted to acknowledge this printing business for their great service. I found them through Yelp when I decided I couldn't wait for the lead time Vistaprint was giving me. I believe LeCards was the only few responders I received when I sent an inquiry through the Yelp app. LeCards were very professional, knowledgeable and they were able to take in the account of my urgency as our gig was about 2 weeks away; LeCards got it done in less than a week!! I came to LeCards to get labels printed on a roll. They sent me an email telling me to please check everything and they aren't responsible for any errors. After checking over the proof I realized there was some errors and sent over the changes. They ended up printing the wrong proof. And I got stuck with a product I didn't want. The owner or manager decided to give me a refund or make it right. And even offered to give me some thank you stickers. I decided to return to the shop because it's local and after returning this time I told the person about the previous issues I had and they told me they couldn't do anything for me as the owner is in china. I told them about three labels I needed printed, i was told a machine to print labels would not be repaired until the 13th. When I called on the 13th they told me oh your that guy with the roll on labels. They told me that they can only do 5000qty. Now I doubt the machine is broken if they can do more qty. Avoid this shop at all cost. They lie to customers about things they don't need to. I don't want any other small businesses to suffer cus of their lack of basic customer service. read more

Lei Cards Printing is the first store that I came to for my wedding needs. I needed a few very simple wedding invitations for the older generations. I didn't send anyone else besides old people these invitations. Since I only needed a few they still were able to help me out with this! We were dealing with Uzi and he wanted us to come up with our own design of invitations and it was pretty easy I would say. But of course you can make them do it as well it just cost another fee. Overall we did have a pretty alright experience, I just don't really have any business else to compare but them. I've never done this before and thought that they did pretty well with the timeline that we had given them. There were some issues of people's names being spelled incorrectly but I guess that could happen with any company. read more

We had requested a printing job for a little more than 100 seating cards for our daughter's birthday party. Compared to many other companies, LeCards was very competitive when it came to pricing and prompt with their responses, which we appreciated. The cards were printed on time. However, the cards were designed with a peach-colored background, which was overtly visible on the proof, and yet, they were delivered to us completely white. They explained that this could be because the machine may sometimes print out colors with 6% variation in shade, but mind you, the background was completely and utterly white with no color at all. This made it so that a white trim design was nearly invisible to the naked eye since it was no longer against a colored background. LeCards offered to reprint it, but at that point, it was the day before our large event. Although customer service seems good, I hesitate to return due to this mistake. read more
