I guess this is the norm at SpringHill Suites, but the bathroom doors are sliding barn doors with…read morefrosted glass! You can clearly see the outline of anyone in the bathroom and the gigantic gaps around the edges are so embarrassing. I guess if you're staying here alone, fine, but for a family with children, and their mother wanting a shred of privacy, this is not the place to go! All of the marketing photos are perfectly cropped so you never see this, but take a look at the photos I added, this is the bathroom and shower room doors. We will never stay at a SpringHill Suites again.

I'm glad we chose to stay here for our brief trip to Vernal! Checking in and out was a breeze. Our…read moreroom was clean and in good condition. Staff that we encountered were friendly and answered any questions we had about the property. There is a workout room as well as a pool, we did not use either but they looked to be in good condition. They also have a small "mini mart" by reception if you need a snack or something essential and don't want to leave. You can easily walk to a few fast food/fast casual food options (Cafe Rio, Sonic, etc) if you don't want to hop back into the car. Parking was free and spots were easy to find. The breakfast in the morning had decent options. Overall a solid stay! Definitely looked to be one of the better options in the area. We did visit in the winter so the rate was very affordable. Not sure how it is in the summer, but I would still recommend staying here.

And they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow. I never saw anyone working on it. Ice machine on our floor was broken, the whole time. Signs have fallen and not put back up. My room was clean, but very worn. I've been a Worldmark owner for a long time! This was the worst! I told my Granddaughter she would be able to go swimming!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is…read moreabsolutely disgusting. Clearly they do not properly clean this place. There is YEARS worth of build up of gunk and crumbs around the bed and nightstands. Everything has a layer of grime and stains from not cleaning. The sheets were stained. There were holes in the wall, covered by tape. They looked like bullet holes.. There were cracks on the walls in both the bathroom and the bedroom. The shower water pressure felt like the shower was a slow leak and the drain was very slow to drain, so we were standing in our own soapy water and other peoples' hair from the drain. The carpet was so dirty, we didn't take off our shoes inside the room until we sat on the bed. You need a remote to use the air conditioning, but you have to call down (on a disgusting grimy phone) to get the remote brought to your room. There was only one plug in the entire room. We had to move the gross nightstand to get to it. Only one person can charge on one side of the bed. If you and your spouse both have CPAP machines or any other medical devices that has to be plugged in to a power outlet, then this place will not work for you. Only my husband's phone was charging through the night and I had to let my phone and my watch die overnight. If you and your spouse need WiFi then I would not rely on this place. The WiFi was very sketchy. It wasn't secured network and was very slow.
