I ordered online around 3:50 pm and it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I haven't had Ledo Pizza in probably over 20 years. The 14" pizza was enough for 3 adults. The cheese and crust was cooked perfectly. I hate brown cheese and crunchy,, crispy crust which was probably why I stopped going to Ledo's years ago,, but they did a great job on the pizza at this restaurant. The meatball sub was good. I was happy that carrot cake and brownies were offered as desserts. They are packaged desserts. Two people shared each dessert although if you want a full brownie, but do one each. I asked for utensils and plates. They are small dessert size ones. The carry-out area is to the right at the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are definitely known for their pizza. What some don't know is their wings are equally good. They are meaty and the flavors are good. The old bay is of course what you should get but would eat the others as well. Surprisingly, I would not recommend getting the spaghetti. The sauce is not a good spaghetti sauce. It's better put on Stromboli or calzone. The staff here is of course great. The inside is spacious with lots of seating. Generally not too loud. read more

I love coming to this Ledo's Pizza restaurant! The servers and counter workers are always kind and responsive to requests. I often carry out an order of pizza and it is easy to place an order and they are prompt with checking me out at pick up time. Today I dined in with my family and received excellent service. The restaurant was clean and there was not a wait on Saturday evening. I like that they offer booths, smaller tables and large tables to fit a variety of group sizes. We ordered pizza, which is so delicious. The crust is light and flaky, but not too thin. The sauce has a great taste that is a tiny bit sweet. I got the veggie pizza and the hot honey pepperoni pizza. The veggie pizza came with tons of mushrooms, peppers and onions. It was good! The hot honey pepperoni is a must try! It has Mike's hot honey sauce on the pepperoni and I love that the rectangular/ square pizza has a pepperoni on every piece. If you haven't been here before, now is your time! Yum! read more

I rarely go to this Ledos, because other than a bit of traffic, the Ledos in LaPlata is closer. So in the interest of less traffic, I went to Charlotte Hall. The people were friendly, working hard with lots of customers. I ordered my chicken wings and fries. Waited. Picked up the dinner. Drove home. No traffic. Wings were great! Fries were barely cooked. Such a disappointment that here I sit telling you. Did someone forget to cook the fries? Was someone in such a hurry that they cut the cook time short? I'm not gonna lie Leo's pie is always on my top favorite slogan never cut quarters. I've always said some reviews the pizzas always great. The food is always great Charles Hall. I flick out of all Ledos. I've tried so far probably one of my favorites along with Cobb Islands is always one of my favorite pizza places. Unintentionally, every time we visit my family in MD, it seems to have become a tradition to pick up a pizza from Ledo Pizza (LP) on our first night of arrival. It has been quite a number of years since our last pizza from LP as we lived in HI for 3 years and this is our first trip up to MD since moving to Savannah last year. This review will not have the usual subheadings I normally include with each review as I have not visited the establishment personally and was not the one to pick up the order. I have my husband and brother-in-law for that. This review covers only the food items ordered. - Eats - LP is known for their rectangular pizzas cut into squares and their flaky-like crusts. Not as flaky as a pie crust, but as close as flaky as a pizza crust can get. Personally, I'm more of the crisp-crust-with-a-chewy-interior-and-the-inflated-charred-bubbles-kinda-gal. 1/2 Cheese, 1/2 Hawaiian - no comment on this one, as I didn't taste it. I love pineapples, but not on my pizza. However, I've included a picture for you, in case you do. Pepperoni - there is a slice of pepp on each square they slice. The pepp curls up like a little bowl and then the oil of the pepp collects inside. Ledo Deluxe - this pizza is part of their Ledo Pizzas menu and it contains pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, hamburger and choice of regular bacon or pre-cooked bacon. We went with regular bacon and that turned out to be a mistake on my part. I guess regular just means they actually put raw bacon and let it cook with the pizza, because it came out pretty chewy. I imagine the pre-cooked comes a bit more crisp because it's precooked. The toppings were generously distributed on the pizza, but almost too much. The pizza dough underneath was cooked, but pretty soggy from the abundant toppings. Also, one thing I've noticed is that the mushrooms tasted like canned mushrooms which is pretty disappointing. The rest of my family does not care for mushrooms, so I take every opportunity I can to have it when we eat out, so when they are canned, it's so sad! From my experience, it seems that most pizza places in the US, seem to use canned mushrooms, unless it's a crafty pizza place, which is super disappointing. Italian Salad - nice variety of vegetables, with shredded cheese and bread pieces (I think that it's the same dough as the pizza crust). All in all, if you love pizza and your love has no limits, Ledo Pizza should not be ignored. Their crust is unique and they're pretty generous with their toppings. Beware!!! These are supposed to be $11.00 worth of of SIX Jumbo wings!!! They are Wingettes, maybe Three Regular complete wings!! But they were tasty! I've been there Twice and never again!!! Same thing, they have a bunch of girls at the front desk at REFUSE to wait on minorities or ask even ask you if you "have you been helped"! Most of them are pretty much useless. I am so disappointed in people. I read through the previous reviews and can't believe what has been said. So I feel I need to do a review. First off the food has always been hot delicious and as ordered. If it wasn't I just tell the server and they will quickly replace the order with another. This is a local restaurant for my husband and I and we do eat here frequently. We have taken friends and family here numerous times and have never had issues with race or color. To us it appeared that they treat you like family. Where else can you go and have the owner sit down talk. So in closing If you want good food, and friendly staff I highly recommend Ledo Pizza. read more

This used to be my favorite Ledos location. They were consistent and made a dang good pizza. Apparently this is not longer the case. We couldn't figure out why the pizza was oddly sweet and super soggy, to the point that it was a wet mess. Then it clicked, they used spaghetti sauce instead of pizza sauce. They also missed a topping that we paid nearly 2 bucks for. We placed the order for pickup in 45 minutes, but it was cold and the wings were slimey from condensation after sitting in a sealed plastic container for 20 minutes or so. Here's the best part, which to be honest made me laugh later on. We requested blue cheese dressing, so they took ranch and added blue cheese crumbles. For $50 I should have just gone elsewhere. I suppose this is the end of Ledos for us.. it was a good run. read more

This is our favorite Ledo location. We ordered pizza for a family gathering, and I recommend this place. We ordered our pizza in advance, and it was ready on time when we got there, which was great since we didn't want to be late for our lunch, good management. We ordered meat lovers; the pizza was delicious; I love the thinner crust! I wished I had ordered two of them because it was gone pretty quickly. I could have eaten more!! First of all, the place was packed. Not sure if that's because of the waiting because our server was barely even present during our visit. We ordered bread sticks and fries as appetizers, and they ended up getting served at the same time as the actual meal. All the food, minus the fries, were burnt. They all oozed grease and we weren't offered a refill during the whole meal until we were ready to leave. All in all, I will not return to this specific ledos. I've ordered the same food at different ledos, and they weren't nearly as greasy or burnt. Plus they did not make you feel like you were going to vomit afterwards. read more

So my Asian girlfriend and I felt like we were victims of racism. The workers kept staring at us because we were an Asian and white couple. This store was full of white staff only who definitely had an issue with us being there. It took 10 minutes for us to get a server because no one wanted to seat us. This is a great restaurant the staff is always friendly and the food is delicious. Also staff and kitchen are have their timing down I did not have to ask for any refills and when we had finished our appetizers(baked cheese fries and old Bay wings which tasted great) our pizza and subs had been presented to us with in a minute or so. Go to Ledo's LaPlata ALOT! Never had a problem. Took the kids out to the one in Charlotte Hall - what a disaster! My daughters food had so much pepper in it (she ordered chicken alfredo) she couldn't eat it, my food was cold (had to send it back to have it put in the microwave) this after what I always order has been taken off the menu (available as a sub - yuck) and was charged OVER $3.00 for peppers on my son's sandwich! When on the menu it clearly states that peppers are one of the condiments included (with the exception of the banana peppers which should have been like $.75!) Stick to LaPlata - we will NEVER dine in the Charlotte Hall Ledo's again! read more
