I have been buying Ledos brownies for many years now. They've always been one of my favorite items on their menu. They were homemade and just wrapped in saran wrap but absolutely delicious. Recently I went to the store and bought one of the brownies and it now came in professional wrapping. I was told they were the same brownies. That is absolutely not true. I tried the brownie when I got home and it tasted like poison. I couldn't even eat it. It got tossed into the trash. What a disappointment. I hope they get this resolved. read more

Who can't get a grilled chicken salad with ranch and cheesy bread right ? Didn't cook my bread barely at all cold microwaved cheese on top then you give me half a portion of my salad and just throw my dressing in there to where it busted and spilled in the bag on top of that it wasn't even ranch it was blue cheese 5-6 people in a kitchen when there not busy is laughable. After practice, several of my girls LAX players, their parents and siblings came in for dinner and to support CYLA. There were about 15 kids and about 15 parents. We had THE BEST waiter EVER!! His name is Anthony L. He was so patient, competent and courteous! We were loud, messy, moved tables around, you name it, and we had separate checks, a waiter's nightmare. But Anthony was amazing and he needs to be recognized for doing not just a good job, but an EXCELLENT job. The kids loved him because he made them listen, and laugh. I eat at this restaurant most Fridays. I really enjoyed the crab soup and the sandwich on chiabata bread. Well both have changed. It's from corporation. Their menu changed to include Greek items. I only got the chicken noodle soup because I did not want a sandwich on pita bread. My friend got it and it was messy. I don't like the changes. I love to eat at Ledo Pizza, but this location is the worse! The staff is extremely rude EVERY time I have gone to this location (It's been for 3 years running). Our local schools will have fundraiser nights so wanting to support the school we will go. After the last time, I will NEVER step foot in this location again and am recommending to the PTA's to stop using this location. Not only did they have an issue with cleanliness; there were flies everywhere, bathroom was disgusting and silverware not clean, the staff added to the experience with their usual rude demeanor. Used to love this place, today, a 10 minute wait for salad, then, wait wait wait. Eventually I got my pizza (delicious) but the soup part of the soup and salad orderwas another 15 minutes. Props to the waitress who finally went to the kitchen on her own to find out - but it was after the pizza was 1/2 gone and the person who ordered the soup sat the whole time with no food on their table setting. Perhaps if the manager wasn't sitting on the counter chatting up the girl waitresses rolling silverware someone may have checked to see how we were doing or if we needed anything like parmesan cheese or salt - which was missing from every table.. even a water refill would have been helpful. read more

We recently had Ledo's deluxe pizza on a night when we just needed to have something easy and quick for a late dinner. It was terrific!!! So much so that we had the left over pizza for breakfast the following morning. In fact, we liked in sooooo much that we have now made Ledo's pizza our go to pizza source in Richmond as well as Pasadena when we are there. The quality and taste was just as good in Richmond when we tried it there. This ledo pizza is pretty solid- They're quick at making pizza when you order them (Typically 20-25 minute wait) and they've always had my order perfect for my arrival. Their pizzas are a thin crust that is sweet and flaky and they also use a very sweet tomato sauce on the pizzas. It is a very different style pizza from NY style or anything you've probably had before so when eating it, have an open mind. I personally find it absolutely delicious but I don't try to compare it to other types of pizza that I've had before. The pizza comes cut in tons of tiny little squares and when you get peperoni they put one large thick cut peperoni in each square. I deff say try this pizza to see if you also find it oddly amazing. read more

The manager and staff are always friendly. Yes, the sauce is sweet, but it's not so sweet that it is terrible. I love the pizza here, and all of the other foods are great. Me and my family venture to Ledo's every now and again for a meal so my wife will usually have a calzone and me a pizza to split with the kids, this time we went there and got and extra large pizza and a calzone. The pizza was really thin, and i noticed the sauce or cheese is very sweet not good to add sugar to pizza, my wifes calzone was the size of a womans hand. We all got heart burn from the food, so the following weekend we went to "Today's pizza" the calzone was so large two people could not eat it! For only 2 dollars more, pizza was also a step up. Ledo's will likely go out of business in the near future, nobody wants to get ripped off for their food. Ledo's is a maryland based business, so why don't they give maryland better quality food, not small quantities and sweet junk with the heart burn after effect at high prices! read more

Their pizza is unique and their sauce has a sweet flavor which I like. It comes cut in squares and you can get crazy combinations. I had some with apples on it and it was delicious. The service was great - friendly staff and came just enough to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely go back. I'm only giving it a three star because I'm not a huge fan of their crust. It's thin crust - and I'm a thick crust fan. But if you love thin crust give this place a try! read more

The food is very good. The waiters/waitresses are great. But... the food takes forever to come out of the kitchen. It is always so slow, my 5 year old did not want to go back. We encouraged her to go, however it took over an hour for her spaghetti to come out. Everyone else was finished eating and the kids had not received their food.
