My daughter has been here for several months. The first set is good. The second Invisalign set has wings which was not what Dr. Lee told us in the contract. That was a surprise, but we chose to trust her. The results of the new set Invisalign seem work well but some pairs actually broke the gum skin of the front teeth, blood came out and it was very painful for my 10 years old daughter. They did not apologize, but changed a new design which simply cut out the wings and we have to wait for 3 weeks for the new set to be ready. The new set without wings has very mild effect after 10 weeks of using it. I told what we felt to the doctor. But the doctor was very impatiently asking me to make decision if we want to use rubber bands instead without giving me any information and said she had to leave for another patient. So far our experience is Dr. Lee does not spend much time to the patients except for the consultation. It is mainly the employees who take care of the patients and communicate with the doctor. Eventually, based on the limited information I requested and we made decision to redesign again using rubber bands. Now we need to wait for 3 more weeks for the new Invisalign. Hopefully it will have good results eventually. I will update my review and experience later again. read more

Dr. Lee is an excellent orthodontist whom did a great Job of giving me a great smile. However, I had issues with dental students rotating in. During one of the rotations, the staff on duty who was showing the dental student how to remove the glue off my teeth did it too much in demonstration, and there is now a smooth flat line from drilling too deep and too long. read more

I am surprised that Amy does not have more reviews as her office is always packed with patients. Our son just finished the orthodontic treatment and we are very satisfied with the result. It was a long journey that lasted over 2 years. My son's case is pretty complex that involved putting in jaw expanders before the metal braces were applied. Overall I think Amy did a great job at a very reasonable price. She is very flexible and worked with our insurance plan to make sure the cost did not balloon out of control. Before choosing Amy, we had been shopping around and we got quotes from other orthodontists where we had to pay ridiculous out of pocket copay despite we have dual coverage from me and my wife's company. read more

Having been a client for over 3 years, my teeth haven't looked better. I got my braces for a few years, and afterwards, my teeth have straightened, my jaw has lined up more beautifully, and my whole face seems to be in a better shape than before. Braces with Dr. Lee works wonders. For some reason, perhaps due to my genetic disposition, after doing my braces, my front two teeth would have an open gap after a few hours after I take off my retainers. This is a pretty rare case, and even though this couldn't be due to Dr. Lee's fault, she continued to monitor this situation after finishing with my braces and even suggested many possible solutions to this problem, including getting a frenectomy (which is a minor gum surgery to reduce the possibility of a quick opening gap). Although the frenectomy didn't work, she now sets me on two small caps in the back of my teeth to close the gap permanently and even gave me free retainers to fit this new adjustment. In fact, the entire process after finishing with the braces was free. Dr. Lee really wants you to have the nicest set of teeth possible. From the dental assistants to the receptionist, the entire staff is very nice and friendly, the environment pleasant, and the entire procedure over 3 years was reasonably priced. Most of the staff is bilingual with English and Chinese. Dr. Lee has been in the business for a long time, and her knowledge and expertise will surely do your teeth wonders. read more
