I needed the windshield replaced today, and the bigger name guys in town were all booked up til Monday. So I called Atlantic Coast Glass and Walter Mirgorodskiy came out to my job and not only replaced the windshield quickly and correctly, but he also took his time to fix a problem I've had with my passenger side door for a long time. I had long given up on trying to fix that door, and within just a few minutes Walter had it fixed good as new. He also took the time to clean up my dashboard after he wiped down the new windshield. Very polite and professional, he shook my hand twice and thanked me for my business. It's great to meet and work with a local businessman with a work ethic like that. I would be remiss not to mention that his shop gave him the wrong windshield the first time around, but he apologized and quickly retrieved the correct one. I showed up early, before they were actually open, and Amy and Steve welcomed me in, then before I knew it, Steve was already looking into the sun roof leak issue on my Nissan Altima. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and addressed the issue and gave me some helpful tips on maintaining the issue moving forward. Luckily I had mainly a leak problem, and no need to replace the windshield. Hands down I highly recommend this local family owned business to anyone in the Jacksonville area!! The room is as hot if not hotter then before they did it. I was told I would be able to keep the shutters open, but that def is not true. I even asked the installer to do two additional rooms because of his assurances that the product would reduce heat. So buyer beware, i did not get what i paid for, and when i contacted the owner they were going to get back to me and of course, never did. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.
