I had my windshield replaced by T&C Auto Glass serving Lakeland, I've had three windshields replaced two Camrys and an Avalon. And now my CX-5 has had two windshields, the first glass that was replaced the whole passenger side you could not see out of an half of the driver side under warranty they replaced another windshield and you can't see out of it at all in the morning they told me that I used Rain-X on the windshield and that's what caused the issue Jonathan had told me that they knew that there was defective windshields and they replaced quite a few of them but they told me it's Adam warranty because of I use Rain-X which I did not use Rain-X!! So these assholes won't do a damn thing I would not use this shithole company never again and never recommend them!! read more

Terrible and to top it off, they didn't take the Sunpass off the windshield and for the last month, I've been driving through tolls and just got a hefty bill + fees and have to replace the sun pass. I've gotten many windshields in the past and they've always taken the Sunpass off the windshield and have left it in my console or have reattached it to my new windshield. Unacceptable and sloppy customer service. read more

Not only did they put the wrong glass on my car but broke pieces off the mirror assembly, didn't put new seals in, and did not calibrate the camera or sensors. They clearly were not equipped to handle a high end car, which the tech admitted after telling me he broke the piece off my mirror. After waiting a couple days, I asked when the mirror assembly would be replaced and the issues could be fixed and I was told the owner looked at the pictures and there 'were no issues' and they would replace the part they broke off in a month. After saying I did not agree with that and things were so bad it just needed to be redone, I requested a call from the owner. Well, I just got off the phone with the owner who immediately proceeded to scream, swear at me, call me names and tell me to go to hell. (I wish I were kidding) He stated he wasn't about to 'pay so much' for a part to be replaced and wouldn't believe me that I had taken a picture of the part number on the glass and called their glass distribution company to verify it was in fact the wrong glass. After asking him politely not to scream and swear at me several times, he just said 'have someone else redo it, b*tch'. I am still just sitting here in shock. He was like a rabid dog. Do not use this company. Save yourself the stress and horribleness of him and the shottiest work I've ever seen. read more

garbage customer service. My 82 year old dad had an appointment to get his windshield possibly replaced, waited around all day for them to come and when nobody showed up, I called and asked what's going on and was told "I'm so sorry I forgot to call him and cancel the appt for today". she asked if we wanted to reschedule for Tuesday and I told her Tuesday wouldn't work as my dad had a doctor appointment so we scheduled for Monday. Once again my dad waited all day for someone to show up and when they didn't I called yet again and she said " we have him scheduled for Tuesday". Needless to say we will not be using them for anything. I called the insurance company that recommended them and told them to recommend more professional business in the future. read more

Took my wife's 2018 Explorer to Garber Ford after having overspray from a condo renovation while on vacation, that also let to a worker taking a brillo pad and scuffed trim and scratched up windshield. I wanted Ford parts put back on my vehicle , that's why it was taken to Garber. They subbed out the windshield to this company, and it hasn't been right since day one! the windshield makes all kinds of noises and they absolutely destroyed the the wiper cowl that goes around the bottom. I have called Garber Ford time after time and they would not cover the damage because they said it wasn't them, even though that's who I hired to work on the vehicle. I was able to Speak with a lady from T & C and was told they would be contacting me, and never did. Had the work done in September and has still not been made right, wouldn't use either of these companies if they can't do better than this. read more

I can say the customer service is very good and they seem to be there from A-Z to make sure your claim and service is seamless,... but after the service was completed I noticed a new whistle sound and I hand detailed it since they advised me to not not take it through or use pressure washer. However that let me get up close and personal with my new install only to find the brand new 2 day old glass has nicks It as well as the ruber seal that goes on the sides has severe damage and not only the driver side trim panel was removed incorrectly causing a downward spiral of problems like a busted clip which was used to hold it flush with the frame ... logic says if I bust a clip it wasn't removed correctly, but the exact same top clip is busted on the passenger side. As well as gash and nicks to paint and other parts of surrounding trim were the windshield made contact. So I am hoping that Monday I will be able to speak with a representative and find some solutions to this circus of a Install. read more

T&C was recommended by State Farm for my 2023 Maverick windshield replacement. On the day of the appointment the tech was a few hours late and ultimately did a subpar install and damaged my dash and PPF. The owner called the same day and apologized and claimed he would personally fix this with his 20+ years' experience and order the dash piece but the PPF wasn't his issue and hes never experienced PPF, but he would get State Farm to pay/replace. He came back to reinstall the windshield and "fix" the globs of glue and dash (claimed dash pieces was on backorder the day of install). To my dismay, the owner further ruined the PPF and damaged my a-pillars, even tried peeling the PPF (why?). When asked he said it's normal and they would normally just use primer over it but being frameless its secondary damage and not up to him. Extremely frustrated, I signed the work order and was told he would let me know when the piece was available (two months later and nothing, he tried to melt the plastic when he was there to fix it so likely this was NEVER ordered, and he lied about it). That day, I called State Farm to go over the problem and they promptly put me in touch with a body shop for the repair. $1,500 later and a $500 car rental later that per State Farm, T&C refused to help with the rental cost or repairs. Ultimately my truck was fixed as an additional claim on MY policy not T&C. Lesson learned, research your repair company and make sure they have the right tools for the job. T&C is all about quantity over quality and were not honest nor did they step up and make the situation right. Stay away from these guys. ***9/16/2023 - Update 4 hours after posting I was threatened by the owner to remove this review, or he would turn this over to his attorney. He went on to say he forgot about this event due to growing his business and he doesn't know why I would put PPF on a Maverick (I drive 20K miles/year in Florida, why is this his business anyways?) We recently had our windshield replaced by T & C Autoglass and they did such a great job! We love how they come to your home or work or anywhere that is convenient for the customer. They are also up on technology which helped me as a teacher, texted to say they were starting, and texted less than 2 hours later to say it was complete. The office staff were very professional and nice and above all- helpful!! Andrea kept us in the loop for the whole process and didn't mind working around our crazy schedules! Lastly, when we took the vehicle on a road trip after, we noticed a vibrating sound but after calling them, they immediately knew what it was, and why it happens and how they would fix it upon our return. Which they did right when we got back. It had to do with the vinyl/ plastic base under wipers. It warps with the FL sun and elements, and after a replacement, can cause a small gap in seal. I love how they were so knowledgeable, and fixed it right away, even though it's more a problem with the suv than with the new windshield. It's perfect again! read more

A representative from this company approached me why my car was in service at the Dodge dealership. I agreed to let them file a claim and replace my windshield which is cracked from a rock. On the plus side, they were able to schedule my service on a Saturday. However, when I brought the truck in and they completed the service, the mirror assembly was not properly reassembled and attached to the windshield. When I brought this to their attention, they insisted that it was like this before. However, I know for a fact that it was not. Despite multiple attempts, they refused to do anything to fix the mirror. read more

I was worried that getting everything scheduled was going to be a bunch of back and forth calls, but they were able to text me to set up the appointment so it didn't interfere with my day at all. They were super-fast in being available. The replacement went perfectly and the installer was both kind and neat. customer service sucks!!!! had a windshield replaced and all appeared fine until it rained 3 days later and i had a water leak at the bottom center of glass. no biggie i thought. i called the office and spoke to a secretary of some sort, i told her about the problem i was having . the owner of the company (david) contactted me i told him the same thing, glass leaks at the bottom center.. i expected an apology for the technicians error and to scedule a time to have it repared. but instead i was told by david in order for him or his tech to repair the leak that i would have to dissassemble the cowl and remove the windshield wipers so that he could then reseal the glass. my response was that i had already paid you and your company to complete the job. any other professional would've stood behind their work. do not use these people unless you enjoy lack of customer service and shotty work. read more
