I bought a pair of white nikes from them for $85.. I paid full price for a pair of FAKE Nike's. I have to admit they are pretty good counterfeits, had me fooled.. but I paid full price for a pair of counterfeits.. that's what's upsetting. BEWARE, they only sell counterfeits! They will tell you differently but do yourself a favor and just go into the city and get yourself a real pair. Only reason you should go here is if you have to use the restroom or you feel like wasting your money. I hope this place goes out of business.

But literally every time of the 10+ times I've been in, there's been some customer service issue or other. Staff barely acknowledge you much less help you. Sitting next to the cash register and too busy eating to look up, for example. Many give an attitude over basic questions. The other day I went in, and three guys working there were standing around laughing loudlywatching videos on YouTube. The content? Someone making fart sounds! Very nice. They didn't bother looking up to acknowledge anyone entering the store. Don't know who the owner is, but that person should spend more time in the shop and on hiring service-oriented people. Update 3/2019: was just in the store again. No one in the store but 3 male employees, all sitting down talking loudly to each other. How many "f*cks" and "sh*ts" and "n***as" did I hear from them in the 90 seconds I was in the store? Impossible to count, they were used so rapidly and frequently. Unreal.

He took my order but obviously distracted. When he came back he didn't come back with the style I wanted (he didn't present a reason) which were the leather ones which during our convo I insisted on. Once I tried them on he didn't bring the right size: I asked for an 8 and he brought back a size 9 AND a fricken 10. He did come back to ask how we're doing as a one helpful sign but that's it. Did I mention we were his only customers? After this poor service we decided to leave without saying anything because I'm sure he didn't notice. I hope you won your game because you lost $135.

This is a good-sized shop, bright from huge windows, that's filled with colorful shoes, assorted kitsch, and warm people. The shoes are outstanding, and the staff members are amazingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. (Jazz, in particular, helped us on the day we were there! Thank you again for your patience and for making us feel so welcome!) The variety of styles is incredible, and at least everything that I tried was supremely comfortable. Most of the store is women's shoes, but there's a decent amount of men's shoes as well. If they don't have the size in the store, they can check other stores and have them sent to you. There's a convenient - although NY-priced - garage half a block away, if you're driving. Really, go in and try them. You'll have a good time, and you might be surprised and find something that you never knew you needed! (My wife's found 'a few' of those...so far.)

My family has been going here for as long as my grandfather remembers. It is a store from a…read moredifferent time. A place where the salesman knows you by name and greets you. They know how to properly fit your shoe, not just get you the right size. They don't carry much stock anymore because people just don't seem to go to these types of stores anymore, sadly. I just took my 1 year old daughter there and it was a great experience. She got to walk up to the kids area where they have chair specially for kids. She was treated like a little princess. The owner knows what to look for and knows what she needed. I couldn't of asked for better. Also free parking across the street.

Upon further inspection, I noticed that the "carbon fiber" bottom was not the same on the Nike website http://m.nike.com/us/en_us/launch/c/2014-12/air-jordan-13-retro-black-gym-red Instead of dots, they had dashes that looked like they were printed out (poorly, I might add). I've never bought a pair of Jordan's before and Moe's sneaker spot ruined this experience for me. Don't let it happen to you.
