Hi ,I honestly went earlier today for an appraisal of Jordan RETRO 7 and me being disabled never thought that these people would take advantage of anyone especially it's a business which people trust . Cause I couldn't find find parking I sent in my cousin and he gave him my sneakers,as that happened they stated they couldn't just appraise unless he bought something, so he bought a key chain...He wasn't paying attention as their manager was ripping the back hook area on both then scratched the sneakers and then told him they were worth less cause of the things the manager has done in front of the owner of the store...I hold my cousin responsible for what happened cause he paid no attention as it was happening ...But we paid no attention till my son has come home and looked at them and I called the store and explained them what I have just seen and they said nothing had happened ,so I told them I will be there to see the video. At 6:00 pm I was there and explained and shown the owner the pictures of my sneakers before they were taken to into the store and showed him the sneakers and explained to I wanted to see the video and he started to play it and out of coincidence the clip to the part was clipped off but the owner stated it skips over and over ,but as we were there the only part that was cut off was when they were doing the damages to my $375 dollar sneakers....Another one of the workers then got mad very unprofessional cursing at me and yelling at me stating that they needed to proof anything to me...The owner had to have him go cool down in the back room plus this was in front of customers.The owner then stated cause of there not being any proof since the clip was skipped, he is not held responsible for my sneakers... The reason why I post this on Review is, cause I want to get in touch with the CORPORATE OFFICE and explain how they work unprofessional and no respect and thieves. If they like people opening branches on their name with no respect to customers and thieves, then they should be BOYCOTTED !!!!! I apologize to those reading this ,I know it's hard but I am a survivor of and assault in NY ON September 20,1997 which was found dead so I'm not perfect on typing and expressing myself after being disabled for 20 years .....Have a Nice day .... read more

My favorite boutique for sneakers and clothes by far. Everything about the store is awesome. It's cool seeing all these different shoes and items. The staff is very knowledgable and you can tell they love what they do. They have a passion for sneakers and hip hop culture. I am a loyal customer since I found the store about 5 months ago and I go back whenever I need a sneaker release I missed in the past. The KeyMaster game is cool and I've seen people win a couple of times but I'm not the luckiest guy (took too many L's) Glad to have a shop like this with so many options that is close by. The store puts up absolute steals on Instagram which makes me always visit. I just wish there was parking around the store but the area is too cluttered around it. read more
