I bought a pair of white nikes from them for $85.. I paid full price for a pair of FAKE Nike's. I have to admit they are pretty good counterfeits, had me fooled.. but I paid full price for a pair of counterfeits.. that's what's upsetting. BEWARE, they only sell counterfeits! They will tell you differently but do yourself a favor and just go into the city and get yourself a real pair. Only reason you should go here is if you have to use the restroom or you feel like wasting your money. I hope this place goes out of business.

Shoes are at a discounted price compared to the original retailer, which is what is so good about coming to DSW! They also have many perks and offers almost every day! I know they always have good perks like a free canvas tote bag or book bag if you buy a certain amount of shoes. Many discounts when holidays are near and a 2X points accumulator offer on certain days. The shoes are self serve and have many sizes stocked up for you to grab and try. You don't need to ask for a stores associate to get you a pair and they have many stools with mirrors for you to check how the shoes go on your feet. They also have those used once socks if you don't have socks. I recently bought a pair of 408 new balance sneakers in white and blue and they look amazing. Thankfully I bought them in the store because they were sold out online! They also got some cool adidas styles that in fashion. The shorts also didn't fit, so I drove back to the store hoping to exchange them for a different size. I completely understand that stores have policies, and I respect the no-exchange policy. However, I paid in cash and wasn't informed of that policy at checkout, which made the situation a little confusing. What disappointed me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of trying to help or understand the issue, the employee I spoke with seemed to assume I wasn't being truthful about where or when I purchased the item. I was told that I may have bought it at another location, even though this was my first time ever visiting the store and I had purchased multiple items that day. The shorts still had the original tag and security device attached, showing they had never been worn. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just hoping to exchange them for a size that fit after having to make an extra trip because the security tag had been left on. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What left a negative impression was feeling talked down to rather than treated like a valued customer. A little understanding and customer service would have gone a long way.
