The sad thing here is that Dr. Lee could be the best chiropractor out there, but because of their 'bait and switch' business scheme, I'll never know. I upgraded them from 1 star to 2 due to decent customer service from the staff, but what happened afterwards completely dissolved any relationship I may have forged with them. Because of my particular insurance plan, I am not covered for what they'd have to offer in the long run and would only have certain services paid for. Fine. HOWEVER, don't make me pay for x-rays and give me the go-around only to tell me I can't be worked on unless I sign this contract for a 3 month long treatment plan. I told Dr. Lee it was money I simply didn't have to produce out of pocket, but he kept pressing for me to try the monthly plan (which was still too much for me to justify). I then asked if I could be worked on that day and that I'd gladly pay for the one session only to be told "our office just doesn't operate that way." I understand that doctors and specialists still have a business to run, but I felt this was unfair and dishonest. read more

Dr. Lee and his staff are an amazing bunch. Where do I begin? I came to Dr. Lee after he spoke to my volunteer group about spinal care and wellness. His sense of humor, wit, and enthusiasm sold me immediately. On my first visit, I was given a tour of the cozy office suite (which features 3 adjustment tables, an x-ray room, and a physical therapy room), and then on the second I was given an x-ray,, adjustment, and electro massage. I immediately felt 10 times better! Dr. Lee then explained his philosophy of spinal care in greater detail and gave me the rundown of my state of wellness. This combined with his knack for teaching really put me at ease about getting my back and neck into better shape. Over 10 years ago, I hurt my shoulder and was recommended to see chiro. I only went a few times because that chiro was always yelling at his employees, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Eventually the pain went away on its own however a couple years ago, when I started exercising again, the pain came back worse (apparently never was resolved). I was recommended to Lee Chiro and after spending over $1k, the pain remained. I'm not saying that chiro doesn't work, perhaps my condition was not meant for it but it really bothered me their really aggressive sales tactics and promise to fix all my problems. I did go to yet another chiro who also promised to fix my problem with a shorter/cheaper plan and that too did not fix my problem. After x-rays and an assessment of my symptoms, Dr. Lee said that it was due to my neck being out of alignment. I was in a pretty bad car accident a few months ago and was recommended to Dr. Lee. I've usually been skeptical about chiropractors so I was a bit nervous coming in, but he and his staff are very friendly, welcoming people and seemed to genuinely want to help. I had a lot of back and neck pains after the accident and after a few months I feel better than ever! They also gave me regular stretches to follow which I have been doing everyday. Being a dancer, having your body in tip top shape is a necessity and Dr. Lee's treatments didn't just bring me back to my pre-accident condition, but made me feel a lot more balanced and relaxed. Dr. Lee even has informational dinners (that he pays for btw) where he educates you on how to maintain your health. You really get the feeling that it's his mission to help everyone lead healthier lifestyles. I am curious about people complaining that the sessions are so short. If someone can do a great job fixing your car in 5 minutes versus someone doing a sub-par job in 1 hour, which would you pick? I like their efficiency and the quality of their work. My boss went to a nearby chiropractor in his city and doesn't feel that they helped his back at all despite having numerous 2 hour sessions. With Dr. Lee, I spend less time getting treated and more time enjoying life. It all started with me being a reckless 21 yr old wannabe pro-snowboarding and a trick gone awry that ended with me breaking my sacral bone, aka tail bone. Naturally, I continued to snowboard and fall on it despite the pain because I was young and "indestructible." Fast forward 7 years and I'm here trying to figure out why my back hurts after sitting down for long periods of time and all sorts of neck/spine related maladies. Per a friends recommendation, I decided to see a chiropractor, particularly Dr. Lee, to see if there may be a solution for all this pain I've been experiencing. I went in for a free consultation and Xray. The results correlated with the pain and stiffness I've been experiencing. He suggested a treatment plan and it was really expensive. I figure I give it a shot to see if it would help and I've notice that after a month or so of treatment, my back wouldn't hurt as often as it normally did and I had better flexibility in my right hamstrings. I just went in for end of treatment re-evaluations and there were noticeable improvement in my xrays. I plan to continue treatment because I have a lot of hobbies that are high impact on my spine and knees. Its been about five months since we were involved in a car accident and I have to say we all felt terrible (husband, mom and I) Our neck and back did not feel right from the jolt we had. After a few days of being in bad shape, we decided to see a chiropractor. We came to see Dr. Lee, and after just a week of treatment, we started to see a difference. We did a 3-month treatment plan, and I have to say we feel better than before the accident. I have been suffering from acid reflux for about two years, after the crash, it got awful. Recently, I was in an auto collision. I came to see Dr. Lee and he took x-rays, found out exactly what was wrong, and has given me a few adjustments. His adjustments are the only thing that gets rid of the constant headache, as well as the extreme tension in my upper back and neck. When I first went in after the collision, I was extremely rattled. I have been seeing Dr Kim for about 6 months and he has been able to decrease the length difference in my legs caused by misalignment and decrease the number of migraines I have in a month. Came for the Living Social massage+chiro exam in Jan, 2013. Place was clean, didn't have to wait long for my appointment, and the receptionist/assistants were nice. Massage was excellent, the masseuse had a phenomenal ability to read tense areas. She said her hands just want to work out any rough spots they come across and they definitely found plenty that I didn't even know about. Good pressure, great technique to really loosen those knots. Next came the muscle scan where they place two nodes progressively along your spine to measure if they were firing correctly. This test does not have much scientific backing. Then, a flexibility evaluation that showed me some imbalances that I might have--it was decently thorough. Finally, the X-Rays. I was wary because I don't like to expose myself to unnecessary radiation but apparently it's okay when infrequent (plus some places use lower dose machines--not sure if this was one of them). I returned for another visit to hear the doctor's interpretation/recommendations. I have gotten differing 2nd opinions from 2 other practitioners but I don't doubt that Dr. Lee would have alleviated any mild pain I was experiencing. He even gave me a printout with my X-rays and analysis--incredible dedication for just $30 haha. Since my insurance didn't cover chiro, the pain was insignificant, and the package was pricey I decided to not continue treatment. Of course he'll try to sell you his services, he's running a business. It's up to you to decide whether or not you should take it--he doesn't pressure you either. Again, if you were to pick him as your chiropractor, he'd certainly get the job done well. read more

I found Lee Chiropractic through a coworker. I knew I was in dire need of care due to a whiplash I had experienced at the age of 18. My neck has been a mess for decades. I have had various chiropractic adjustments along the way, but nothing was fully encompassing nor long term solution focused. Instead it was a fix it here and there approach. With Dr. Lee I felt a genuine sense of determination yet gentle nudge that we really needed to get into action in returning my neck and back to health. My neck was the biggest challenge as I had no curve and multiple sublixations. I had constant muscle strain and felt stressed most of the time even though I was not stressed. It was a highly annoying feeling to say the least. After reviewing the x-rays I committed to a three month program which I just completed. The daily muscle tension is gone! I have adjusted my workspace to assure I am not putting stress on any area of my body. I have done the stretching, muscle strengthening, nightly neck traction (15 minutes with the Denneroll) and it has paid off! We compared the before and after results and it is amazing. We only have one sublixation that we need to focus on and the curve is ALREADY BACK after decades of being in constant tension, and pain! Looking at those x-rays were proof that this program works.
