First you post low price then you attract customer then customer came in you show them pricey unit then you and turn around give them different unit then you said oh it was mistake & charge higher price to give the unit it was shown then months later you raised price and little later again you raised price then when person can't keep up with payment since price has gone triple up, you keep there stuff. $89.00 unit what customer saw become $300 unit, thats comp out of budget for customer then you turn around & sell there unit and everything in it you keep it or sell it and make lot of money then turn around accuse customer. And you yourself said that your storage have roaches. Wow what sophisticated thief and liar you guys are. No fear of GOD stealing people stuff. Thief's. The one time move in fee for the rental vehicle, gas and mileage was more than fair. I paid.25 cents a mile and.25 cents a mile for gas and I had the rental truck from 11am until 5pm and my total cost was $8.50. The great customer service, the great truck rental fee, plus the clean rental facility deserves 5 stars from me. I highly recommend!

Horrible Experience. $100 increase after 60 Days. N.Laburnum location…read more I was lured in with a great rate of $119. Once I arrived the price quickly went up to $140. I signed on, put a card on file for auto payments and since I use the unit for business storage, I routinely engaged the site manager. He never bothered to inform me that a massive rate hike was on the horizon. After 2 months I was informed my new rate would be $235. When I called to inquire I was offered a TEMPORARY $50 increase. There was no offer to place me in another unit at my negotiated rate. I was told the unit was rated at a much higher rate than I what I secured... but this was NEVER told to me.. they made sure to tell me I would need to "buy" a lock, offered all types of insurance and offered other add ones.. but was NEVER told the rate would go up to $235. BUYER BEWARE
