Well... I had a broken wisdom tooth, my dentist told me to have it removed by an oral surgeon because there wasn't enough to grab and pull out . I go to this place and they say they're going to extract it etc... well guess what? The lady tells me she couldn't grab it all and "gravity" will eventually bring it down enough for someone to pull it out! Secondly , the 3 times I had an appointment with Aspen... I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes every visit !! If my appointment was 9:00, I didn't get called back before 9:30! I truly wish I had better dental insurance!! The staff and dentist are very friendly. I have to say the deep cleaning I got was the most traumatic experience I have ever had. Do not get your teeth cleaned by The hygienist there. She put me through so much pain!!! I kept telling her and she kept going. No compassion at all. They numbed me up again and she kept digging into my teeth. When I would ask her for a quick break she would look away with disgust. I had to stop the cleaning due to the pain. I left with a mouth full of blood. She said that someone else could continue my cleaning. I have never felt so violated and disrespected in my life. 4 days later my mouth still hurts. The office didn't even have to courtesy to follow up. Know I have to find a dentist to finish the job. Please stay away from this place. No one should ever have to go through what I did. They were very polite, and I appreciate their efforts throughout. However, there were a few things that stood out to me. 1. Lack of thoroughness when explaining where a potential cavity was. I understand if they know what they're doing, however the bottom line is: I'm not that expert regarding this information, I would appreciate if they were more thorough and explanatory-- pointing out where exactly said cavity is. And I understand one of the ladies there is has a certian culture-thing going on [based on what a dental assistant told me] but even so, you're about to make modifications to something that will be permanent. Therfore, culture aside, please explain to me what is going on exactly. Because [and forgive me for the tone here] you do not sound trustworthy. There's a lot of dental places where people get scammed. 1.5: please do not feel offended when I ask more detail about where said cavities are. I know when someone says that they were nice, others beg to differ, but I truly believe here I tried to be polite. But at the end of the day, what concerns me needs to he addressed and I wish the dental assistant didn't [seemingly] passive aggressively jab at me, saying "Bad hygiene, is what gets you cavities" I understand that, but you still had not answered my questions effectively. I mean no offense, the lady assured me that the dental tools were in fact clean. However this still made me rather uncomfortable. I'm not sure if this is how HIV or whatever is done, but I would request a much more detailed cleaning with dental tools. I had a perio cleaning in September of 2024. I had expensive dental insurance at the time. My insurance would not cover the full charge of the cleaning because they needed Aspen Dental to call them and offer my history of perio cleanings. I was told if Aspen Dental calls them with this information my remaing balance would be covered. I called Aspen Dental and spoke to someone in billing. I explained what was needed to get the remainder of my bill covered by my insurance. They needed to call in my history of perio cleanings. I was told this might take 3 weeks to resolve. Aspen Dental NEVER called my insurance company with this information and keeps sending me bills for the cleaning. I called my Hiram office and asked them to call in the information and they NEVER did. I went in for the first available appointment and told them at the desk to please call my insurance and update them with my perio cleaning history. I gave them my insurance card which they photo copied BUT I WATCHED AND NOBODY PICKED UP THE PHONE TO CALL in my information so they KEEP SENDING ME BILLS when my insurance would pay if they would just pick up the phone. I just filed a complaint with the Georgia Board of Dentistry https://gbd.georgia.gov/georgia-professional-licensure-complaint-form because they advertise free exam and X-ray and confirm that it's free but make a claim to my insurance and send a bill on the amount the insurance didn't cover. Almost ashamed to admit that I haven't been to the dentist in several years. Therefore, I was a whole lot nervous. The staff here is friendly and professional, and put most of my fears at ease. The office itself is clean, and orderly. It's a little small, so if there is a crowd, seating can be limited. The only reason I don't give this dental office 5 stars is because they don't have a regular in house doctor that performs the major dental work such as root canals, and extractions. The doctor that does extractions comes once per month. They refer you somewhere else if you need a root canal. Where I come from, ALL of the dental services can be done at any given time, and in one place. That's just my minor beef. It's all good though! read more

Waste of time! I had an appointment scheduled for today at 10am and got a call and text at 8:30am that they would need to reschedule because they were short staffed. A few minutes later I got a text saying they couldn't wait to see me at 10am. I called to see what was going on and after being on hold for 5mins, hung up. Very unprofessional and ghetto. Aspen dental is a scam. They will trick you with their promotion free xray & exam. But its not free. They will run your insurance 06/19 and tell you that you qualify for a discount and all you got to pay is this amount ($7800 this is my amount). I paid that amount in full 2 month later before any work had started. Two months later after at least five office visit and 6 calls to Aspen dental Corporate office. I was unhappy with my denture and ask for a refund. Aspen dental reason not refunding my money because I don't have insurance and I owe them. This is BS. Because they didn't say anything when I came in for all my appointments. But as soon as I ask for my money back they pull this. Aspen dental & Dr Saini is heartless, non compassion horrible doctor. Love them! From the receptionist and the Dental Assistant Alicia, to Ketura, the office manager. They all made me feel welcomed and warm. Akeno, my hygienist was determined to keep me comfortable and pain free as she did her thing. Dr. Saini made sure my procedures were necessary and painless. Honestly...I walked out smiling and able to continue my lifestyle without missing a beat. The initial visit was quite lengthy and thorough, but the procedures were handled in a timely fashion and the follow-up procedures were faster than getting the prescriptions filled across the street. If I could give the Aspen Dental of Hiram less than "1" star, I would. The experience with getting my elderly mother has been a total disaster from the start. My mom was sooo ready to go to Aspen to have her dental work done and I finally got around to making an online appointment for her for February 17. When that day rolls around and we arrive at the office, we're immediately greeted by the front desk receptionist who appeared to have been having a bad day from the jump. Anyway, I tell her that I'm here with my mother for her appointment and the grumpy receptionist looks through the calendar and tells me that my mother didn't have an appointment. I proceeded to inform her that I'd made the appointment online and they sent a confirmation email. I showed her the email and she basically said that it didn't matter because the online scheduling system doesn't schedule appointments at their particular office. At this point I became upset about this and asked if there was some way that they could squeeze my mother in since it was a mistake on their part. She told me, "NO"! They were already backed up with patients and could not take my mother that day. So, I had no other choice, but to try to reschedule her. At that point the receptionist rescheduled Mom for March 1 at 2pm. She wrote it down on the card and everything. After a few days, they sent me an email to confirm the appointment, which I did. Then, on Friday February 26 at around 11:30am, they called me and left a message to confirm the appointment again. When I attempted to call back to give the verbal confirmation, no one would answer the phone. I noticed that Aspen closed at 1pm. I kept calling until around 12:55 (still no answer), so I gave up and decided to just call back on Monday (the day of the appointment) to make sure that my Mom was still good to go. When I called back on Monday morning (day of the appointment), the receptionist had the nerve to tell me that my mother's 2pm appointment had been cancelled since they didn't receive a verbal confirmation. I tried to explain to her what had happened on Friday and she stated defensively that she wasn't there on Friday and didn't know what happened. Then she said that she believed that some of the employees were taking a class and had probably turned the phone off. Really???? I said, "Well that's not my fault if they missed my return call because the phone was off." I asked her if they could honor my mom's appointment and she told me "NO". The time was no longer available, but she could squeeze her in at 4:30pm. I immediately declined and told her that they need to work on their customer service. This is not how you handle customers/new patients. I would not recommend anyone go to this Aspen. They are a joke and they don't own up to their mistakes. I'm in the process of finding my mom another location. This experience was extremely disappointing. read more

I went for an exam and they trick you by telling you that you have gingivitis and need a special cleaning and special toothbrush for hundreds of dollars. I've known others who went and I know everyone couldn't possibly have gingivitis. So I had a second a option and as I suspected it was false. Also I knew I needed 2 teeth removed and they supposedly quoted me for the wisdom teeth and the teeth with cavities for $400. But when I called back they told me they only quoted me for the wisdom and not the teeth that were actually in need of pulling. Safe to say that they're rip offs. I have paid over 7,000.00 for partials and 4 extractions , I chose a package and paid in full threw insurance an out of pocket. Today I go in for my permanent partial and I was told that I have not paid for them. the care plan I chose covered everything per the office manager . If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had an appointment at 11:45 for a filling that was cracked. I was called back at 12:30...they took approximately 20 X-rays of my teeth, then told me how infected my teeth and/or gums were, then the dentist came in. Her recommendations were to have a root canal or pull it and get an implant. I asked if anything could be done immediately in the interim and she said no. Next, the "financial planner" told me she'd be right with me and after 15 minutes of more waiting I went into her office and said I was ready to leave and just wanted to pay the $30 I owed since I had been there right at 3 hours! I was there 3 WHOLE HOURS for them to take X-rays, count my teeth and number them with how infected they were, and to come up with some ridiculous "plan"! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I went to a different dentist today and the root canal was started on about an hour after I walked in their office. I am so glad I did not stay at Aspen Dental. All they are out for is money. Oh and let's not forgot the rude staff up front. I wonder if they're aware that we can hear and see everything they do. The woman answering the phone and "greeting" (I use that term loosely) people at the front desk was obviously ready for lunch instead of doing her job. This is the worst dentist office and experience I have ever encountered with a dentist.I went to have a tooth extracted which didn't get done left me with my nerves and roots exposed bleeding out more than usual in pain had to have emergency oral surgery immediately because of the exposure. Come to find out through X-rays a metal dental tool used by the dentist at aspen was broke inside my mouth and left in without telling me anything no explanation nothing just rushed me out saying I need to see a oral surgeon immediately . I was left with the expense to have the rest of tooth and metal tool piece removed from my mouth putting me in more pain than I imagined.Took me out of work and I have not been able to eat correctly since.Til this day my jaw is swollen and my tongue is still numb with no feeling and bad headaches since I been to aspen do not go there ever save yourself the pain n suffering they cause they are the worse and should be shut down read more

My teeth were pulled over 12 years ago, yet I had not obtained dentures. Finally, late Dec. 2017 I made the decision and chose Aspen Dental. This turns out to have likely been the best choice I could have made. Despite all the horror stories about new dentures one can find on the web, these plates fit like a glove. The technicians appear to know their craft and their art very well indeed, and the doctors and other staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was given extensive instructions on care and use, and competently advised on potential issues new dental users often encounter, as well as suggestions on working through such issues should they occur. In conclusion, my experience far transcended expectations and they gave me the best Christmas present this year: my smile. 5/5 stars read more

WARNING! ASPEN DENTAL WILL TRY AND SCAM YOU! I went in and sat for about 40 minutes before someone walked in and advised they needed to get X-rays. We did xrays for about 20 minutes and then I sat in the room for another 30 to 40 minutes. The dentist finally came in and looked concerned. She asked me how old I was and told me I had advanced gum disease and the bone loss of a 45-year-old (I'm 23). She explained that it must be genetic but that since the bone was gone there wasn't a whole lot that they could do. They said that we could try to do a bone graft (expensive and painful) and we needed to do gum therapy that day ($1200). They explained that if it continued, I would need dentures within the next few years. They advised that in order to stop it from getting worse, I would need to come in every three months for the rest of my life. Last minute they told me that they did not accept my insurance (Aetna) so everything would be out of pocket. Needless to say I left and got a second option. My second opinion told me I didn't even have gingivitis (precursor to gum disease). This dentist explained that Aspen had a reputation of scaring people into forking over a lot of money. They work based on commission and make money based on fear. read more

Dr. Saini is a very caring professional dentist that made me feel at ease even though I had serious issues. She cared about my pain tolerance and even followed up that evening to ensure I was ok. I can't say enough about the entire staff at Aspen. Brittany the dental assistant was unbelievable with a very caring demeanor that kept me calm in light of my unusual dental issues. The staff are very nice and service is good. But the check out process sucks. I chose to call back to receive a quote on some work that I need done because I'm having pain and it's been two days and still no call. I think if a patient is in pain and has to make arrangements to pay a bunch of money, don't make them wait so long for feedback. Worst dentist I've ever been to! I made an appointment for my daughter, son, and myself. We waited a long time after our appointment time before my daughter was called back. They did X-rays and were supposed to do a cleaning. Since it was closing time & they were running behind, they cancelled all of our remaining appointments and I was told to reschedule the cleaning for my daughter. I decided that I was going to use another dentist because of this experience. I had her cleaning done at another office & brought her X-rays from Aspen. I find out at my new dentist that Aspen charged my insurance for the cleaning they did not do and I had to pay out of my own pocket for her actual cleaning. When I confronted them with this,they told me it was in her chart and therefore it was done!!! Basically too bad for you. Worst dental experience I've ever had.
