They informed me they never received doc from atty so I overnighted them my hardcopy, becasue a copy wasnt good enough. I said it was good enough for you to go digging on your own. Yes I was getting snappy because they SUCKED at communication! They finally got everything done on a Thursday. Realtor calls to congratulate me and asked if Id gotten funds. I said NOPE, NOT a word from COW COUNTY Title. So I email on Monday... crickets. I text realtor at lunch who called them & they said check was delivered to my empty home moments before. I have still not heard a word, thank you, good riddance, NADA from this horrible office. This experience alone will stop me from purchasing anything in Esmeralda County.

Outstanding Finished Product and Professional Installation:…read more After months of researching security doors throughout the Las Vegas area, I decided to go with Amazing Iron Works for a completely custom front security door for my home in Pahrump. From the very beginning, I wasn't looking for a standard catalog door. I had a unique modern design in mind and wanted something that would become a true architectural feature of my home. I'll be completely honest because I believe reviews should help future customers. The communication during my project wasn't always what I had hoped for. After my initial measurements, several weeks went by without an update, and I eventually reached out to check on the status of my order. Since this was a custom project, I would have appreciated more proactive communication and a copy of the final approved design before fabrication. The biggest surprise came when I saw the door in raw steel before powder coating. I have to admit, I was genuinely concerned. Seeing unfinished steel in a fabrication shop is very different from looking at a rendering, and I wasn't convinced it was going to be what I had envisioned. I even questioned whether I had made the right decision. Thankfully...I was wrong. Once the door was powder coated in the beautiful dark copper vein finish and professionally installed, my entire opinion changed. The craftsmanship is excellent, the powder coating came out beautiful, and the installation crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. The door opens and closes as smooth as butter, the fit is excellent, and it completely transformed the appearance of my front entry. The installation team clearly took pride in their work, and it shows. Custom projects naturally come with a little anxiety because you don't truly see the finished product until the very end. In my case, the finished result exceeded my expectations, and I'm genuinely happy with the investment. I also appreciate Edgar reaching out after the installation to follow up.
